Take the Cake By Kay

I absolutely loved the cake that Kay made for my going away party. She did a wonderful job not only on the taste of the cake but the aesthetic of the cake. My theme was 'travel' so I requested a luggage cake be made and it looked amazing! She even made a base for the cake and she didn't have to do that! She made sure the cake was set up to be easily transported and even helped by carrying it to the car for me! I'd highly recommend Take the Cake by Kay to anyone!

Kay is a true cullinary artist!!! Our daughter's wedding cake and groom's cake were FAR BEYOND our expectations!!! We showed her pictures of what we liked/envisioned, and she brought this art to the wedding reception, guests commenting on the marvel and elegance of the wedding cake and the whimsical nature of the groom's cake !!! And the FLAVORS!! Impeccable!!! Kay makes her cakes FRESH and the buttercream icing looks as smooth as fondant, without that fondant taste !!! Perfection!!! You would be LUCKY to have her create your cake, whatever the event!!!!

We had Kay make a cake for my sister's 50th birthday. The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better. We had the chocolate chip flavor which I highly recommend. The buttercream frosting was amazing too!I will be coming back to Kay in the future .

Kay's cake for our wedding was phenomenal. Not only was it elegant and exactly what we envisioned, but it was the yummiest cake I've ever eaten. (And I'm not a "cake person" at all.) It was so good we didn't even wait until our one-year anniversary to eat our top tier! Kay was definitely one of the best vendor decisions we made. HIGHEST recommendation!
