After 15 years of living in the same unit Is under a different property management company. The property was purchased by this shady company. From day one the lady Shelley Taylor gave me nothing but problem after problem. Once I showed her I'm not going to play our games the next thing I know I get a note on the door stating that my lease was being terminated. I called to ask why she tried to tell me that the neighbor told her that I have constant parties and that the police is always at my house, when I assured her that that could be verified that it's not true she then commented with an attitude. Well we plan to put you out anyway because we don't won't anyone in our units that is on section 8. This was two months after It was purchased and in between that time I let her know I was not a punk and that she couldn't speak to me any type of way.

Shelley Taylor is a property manager extraordinaire with decades of property management experience, and the wisdom that accompanies a long career. Shelley is our and the tenants' primary contact for screening, leasing, and maintenance activities. We have learned from our relationship to always listen carefully to Shelley's counsel. Her vast experience in the local leasing market shows clearly from her marketing savvy, knowledge of Kansas Landlord/Tenant Law, local building/safety codes, tenant screening, leasing/mgmt particulars, etc.Swift maintains a vast directory/contact list of local building and maintenance professionals. Scheduling is convenient to tenants with an online reporting system, and dispatch is always commensurate to the urgency of the situation. We have found the work to always be done competently and fairly priced to local prevailing costs.Whether you are a local or long-distance landlord, if you do not want the problems associated with renting to troublesome tenants, I highly recommend that you discuss your property management needs with Travis, the owner/operator of Swift. As a current property owner, I have not experienced any issues with Swift RPM. I have worked with Shelley and Travis and found them to be very knowledgeable and insightful of their work in perspective. Travis remodeled my rental and did an AMAZING job! It was so nice I wanted to move in it myself! The work was done very well and the design was ultra modern and upscale. In the beginning I was hesitant and could not see the vision, but I put my trust in him and in the end I was very impressed and grateful. He has such professional demeanor and always avails himself to answer questions and solve problems. He also has a good eye for detail and design. I am anxiously looking forward to our next project. With his keen aptitude for rehabbing and astute business acumen I enlisted my property for rent with his SWIFT RPM management company. I have had no issues with Shelley Taylor as the property manager. She is always on top of tenants matters and makes sure they are addressed and completed in a timely manner. She always coveys the tenants concerns to me immediately and follows thru with the request timely. Over all, I am completely satisfied with both Travis Swift and Shelley Taylor, they have made my property ownership juncture very productive and worthwhile.

I was notified that my lease would not be renewed due to me requesting and expecting notice of building maintenance. For two years I have rented from this company. Paid rent on time. Taken exceptional care of the property. Even paid out of pocket to get the vents cleaned, and did not receive reimbursement or expect it. Their maintenance supervisor walked into my home unannounced at 8:30 am and they couldn't understand why that would upset a single woman living alone. Their maintenance team unidentified and unannounced arrived to fix the deck this spring, moved all of my furniture to the green space left when they realized it was too humid to work telling me they would be back 3 days later to finish and move my furniture back. An electrician arrived this last week while I was working from home, banged on my door aggressively and was upset when I wouldn't let him in to do the work. He was unidentified and unannounced. I was on a business conference call which he couldn't quite grasp. I am probably one of the easiest tenants to ever have, no kids, no wild parties. Just me, the dog and my work. I was shocked to learn the reason my lease won't be renewed is because they can't meet my expectations of giving notice on maintenance appointments. Here is a snippet of the email I received from Shelley Taylor the manager of Swift RPM:With that being said, we have discussed it and the issues we have had with maintenance. We have decided to non-renew the lease. We will post the official nonrenewal notice so that you have it, but I want to be completely transparent with you. You have made it very clear that we aren't providing you the service that you would like and to make the situation better for everyone, we feel it best to separate.

I been having some concerns with my apartment, so i called the new owners of my building & wrote an email, because there's a toxic smell in my Home. So when i call the secretary BECCA calls me back, and is very snobby/rude/and disrespectful! As I'm explaining the concerns. I asked for her to get a professional out to check for internal black mold , due to a leak in the ceiling . She says to me "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? IVE TAKEN PICTURES & THERE IS NO BLACK MOLD" (while laughing basically telling me if you don't SEE black mold that it doesn't exists ) i let her know that i wasn't in the mood for her cutting me off and being disrespectful & that she was being very rude . THEN BECCA says "you know what" then hangs up in my face while I'm in mid sentence . I attempted to call back multiple times, she forwarded my calls. Then she has the OWNER of the building call. I had my mother on the phone to witness the way these people are talking. He was extremely rude, he continued to cut me off, he said that i was loud with his secretary (she said she couldn't hear me on the phone, so i was talking loud enough for her to hear me) and he would've hung up on me too if he was her, he had an attitude the entire phone call, and tried to belittle me. He said he would be out tomorrow, so when i asked for a time he said " I HAVE LOTS OF PROPERTIES AND I DONT KNOW PROBABLY 1 OR SOMETHING." When i asked for a definite time because i have work! he said again "IDK MAYBE 1" .This company is VERY RACIST, and extremely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will talk to you like your beneath them, or will hang up in your face while your trying to rectify issues IN YOUR OWN HOME. I am a very educated working woman & will not tolerate this !
