Absolutely delicious spicy tuna. Their recipe for the spicy part of the spicy tuna is not like something I've had before in other sushi restaurants so I'm already helplessly obsessed with this joint. There is a delicious black peppery element you don't find often in spicy tuna recipes. Good job, Sushi MO!It's 12$ for the 8pc roll but it's made to order and doesn't sit in a cooler. The soy sauce is also barrel aged! I like this quite a lot and I will be back with friends.

Sushi MO! has departed Parlor in the Crossroads and moved north of the river into the Iron District. It's new home is in the container formerly known as B-rads; my favorite Iron District kitchen ever. RIP B-rads. Sushi MO! has about 9 different rolls with the basics... spicy tuna, crab, shrimp... priced at $13 to $15 each for an 8 piece roll. This seemed a bit pricy for a lunch since I was pretty hungry and didn't want to spend $30 on a couple of no frills rolls, so I compromised and ordered two 6 piece rolls - a cucumber and an avocado for $7 each. The wait was short while it was freshly made, but I still felt like $14 for about $1 worth of ingredients left me feeling sad, anxious and doubting my ability to make good decisions. Sushi MO! is sort of a pricy middle ground option that I probably won't repeat. When I'm needing some cheap basic sushi to go, I would probably choose Hy-Vee for equal quality and more bang for your buck or go the opposite end and spend the same amount and receive high-end rolls with exotic sauces, toppings and tons more choices of fish at a plethora of other sushi joints around town. Four stars for freshness. Two stars for value. Five stars for the adorable little plastic fish soy containers.

The food was really tasty, but the prices were a little high for me. $12 for a smoked salmon roll or California roll and for 8 pieces was a little rough. Food did take a little time to prepare and we were able to walk to other window stands within the parlor and had other food before ours was ready. Otherwise, employees were friendly and the food did taste really good!

Probably the saltiest ramen I have ever had in my life. I also have no idea what kind of noodles they used, but they were not traditional ramen noodles, they more resembled a half cooked soba noodle.I couldn't enjoy any of the other flavors because of the overwhelming saltiness. On the flip side, the Dorayaki was utterly flavorless with no distinction in texture between the bun and the Adzuki (red bean) paste. All form, no substance

Had their ramen and all the ingredients were delicious. My only complaint was that it was so salty that I couldn't eat the broth. I love salty foods but it was truly not edible. Everything else about the ramen was good. I hope it was just a fluke bc I'd love to order from you again. Their matcha was also fantastic.

The sushi rolls are super consistent and the rice is really good which is definitely a recipe for success here. I tried three staple sushi rolls and was more than satisfied. I would recommend trying a few rolls you enjoy like spicy tuna or California and let the quality and consistency of the sushi speak for itself.
