We used Supply Event to rent linens for our engagement party on June 5th. They did not answer our original inquiry via email so we had to call. We picked them up two days before our event (on a Friday, event on a Sunday). When we took them out to place on the tables before our event, we saw they were all extremely wrinkly!! It looked like after they were laundered no one had even attempted to press them (even though the website states they come pressed). It was embarrassing to use them for the party but Supply Event isn't open on the weekends so there was nothing that could be done. When we dropped them off we told the employee the issue and she said we would need to contact Carrie. My fiancé emailed her and called her multiple times and left voicemails before getting a call back saying her phone had died. The phone call was very awkward; she said that shouldn't have happened but it was mostly excuses and she clearly wasn't upset that this happened. She kept repeating the same thing until we interjected saying we needed a full refund. Carrie said she would send the check but she didn't so my fiancé had to call again and she said she would send it this time. We did get it about a month after she first said she would send it. I wouldn't recommend using this business. I'm glad our event was more lowkey but I would have been much more upset had this been our wedding or a more formal event.

I'm not sure what is going on with this place. I went to the showroom on March 30th of 2022 and worked with Carrie Green to get some rentals together. The initial experience was pleasant, Carrie was friendly and seemed to want my business. April 11th and I hadn't heard from Carrie so I sent her an email with some pictures of centerpieces and inquired about a few items. She responds April 15th saying she is out of town and will work on the proposal that week. A couple days later I send Carrie a full list of the supplies and décor I want to rent to make her job a little easier. She responds on April 21st saying she will work on it over the next few days. April 27th I send a follow up email saying I'm excited to see the bid. Nothing. May 3rd I send another follow up email. Nothing. May 10th I send another email. May 11th I end up calling the Supply Event phone number and there is no answer. She calls me back and leaves a voicemail saying she sent over the bid and doesn't know why I haven't received it. I respond the next morning with an email saying I've checked my spam folder and haven't seen an email and to please resend the quote. No response. May 17th I send an email asking her what is going on and that I'd like to be set up with someone else in the business to work with. After that email, I FINALLY receive a quote. But the quote is to hire her as my Day of Coordinator?? I respond, saying I don't need a day of coordinator. I need a bid for the list of supplies I sent her. She again says she will work on it and will send it over in the next few days. It is now June 14th and I haven't heard a thing. I WOULD NOT give this lady a dime because I guarantee you will never hear from her again. This whole business seems like a scam to me.

We had such an incredible experience working with Supply Events! They have an incredible selection, amazing team, fast communication, and managed to bring our entire vision to life as a one-stop shop. We rented our chairs, chargers, flatware, linens, and ceremony stage from Supply, and they were even more beautiful in person than they were online! Carrie and her team were a true pleasure to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for event rental services! Thank you all so much for being a part of our day!
