They know customer service at this establishment. I went in months ago curious about adding protein. I've been back several times since and they are always helpful in finding the right protein, creatine, and vitamins for my needs. They even helped set me up with a diet plan that has been sustainable for me. They learned my name quickly and remember me every time I come in. I've gotten emails to check in on my progress and they even once sent me a letter thanking me after I bought some protein for my father. And In all of this, not once did they push me to buy anything or try to sell me on the most expensive product when I was shopping.

Walked into the store in November 2022 and it changed our direction in our health journey. We were seen, heard and then Noah spent about 30-45 minutes talking to us to make sure we were getting what we needed. After two months we had been back in a couple times for more protein then we started to talk with Dylan. By January my sister was signed up for the 8 week challenge and we both started 75 Hard. We hadn't decided on a date to start and Dylan said you should start tomorrow. We check in once a week and have body scans. We feel they're more invested at S2 than our own dr's. I love the relationships we have with Dylan, Thatcher and Micha. We don't know Rachel yet. They make us feel welcome and they're involved in our progress. Everything you'd want in customer service comes out of that store. It's a shining example of what has been lost in brick and mortar stores. I wish I could give 10 stars. Also, listen to Protein bros podcast! It's awesome.
