My kids made this appointment for my Christmas gift for a 2nd ear piercing.The experience was SO professional- walked me thru the entire process prior to starting.Very clean and detailed process!!I greatly appreciated the attention toLocation and asking me many questions regarding what I planned to wear in the 2nd spot and how I like to wear the 1st pair.Ensured I knew all about cleaning, timing to heal, things to watch for, etc.Very impressive experience and I highly recommend.

Well Done I'm 70 years in age. I have wanted my nips pierced for several years. So I told myself go for it. I did research and found Supernatural.It's wheelchair accessible I found the place very clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Adam was my piercer he explained everything to me from the very beginning of what he was going to do and how I should handle things afterwards.Very sterile.It was a bit painful, but men have several nerve endings in their nipples I have posted to several different friends about my experience They are very impressed.Thanks Adam and to the young ladies for making my experience a Positive Experience.

Dont let the people that work there scare you away they know the business and will walk/talk you through what you want and set it all up in a very professional manner.

I love Supernatural! I've gotten both of my cartilage piercings here, the first done a couple years ago and the second one earlier this week. Adam was my piercer this week. I have definitely found my lifelong piercer, and will not go to anyone besides Adam! He did a fabulous job, not only was the actual piercing part minimally painful, but also super quick. Adam was extremely professional and knew what he's was talking about 1100%. I got a forward helix done, and what I had been envisioning was not suitable with the anatomy of my ear. Adam and I discussed what would happen if we put the two piercings closer together, and it came down to the piercing would never heal properly. Although disappointing, Adam was super kind and allowed me a minute to think it over. He also said that we could get an entirely new piercing if this wasn't something I was sure about, and was really cool about everything. I decided to go through with the forward helix addition to my ear, and afterward I loved it! However sitting in my car I looked at it for a while and felt that I didn't like it. I called the shop and they told me to come right back in and I can talk to Adam. I definitely just had a little freak out moment in the sense that my expectation didn't align with the reality. Adam was so very gracious and kind to me during my freak out and just the way he handled the situation has definitely made him my new forever piercer. Highly recommend, the people are amazing and they are extremely knowledgable within their field!

First I was referred to this business by my barista so I knew I was in good hands. The selection of jewelry is just breathtaking! As a history/anthropology geek I really loved how they represented the beauty of piercings and how they showed the beauty of cults. I can't wait for my next one.

As soon as you walk in, you'll notice the immaculately clean, well-organized, and beautiful shop. Adam was my piercer for tragus and conch piercings. He immediately made me feel comfortable; his professionalism was second to none. He made suggestions, guided me to choose the most suitable jewelry, and took his time to place my piercings perfectly. I appreciated his attention to detail. He also ensured I understood the aftercare procedure so the piercings would remain healthy during the healing process. Popped in yesterday with the kid for new jewelry and a quick septum piercing. Clay was ridiculously quick, clean and thorough. Zero pain, saline to keep it clean and written instructions which are extra rad cause you aren't really thinking when you are there...just mentally prepping for the actual piercing. Reasonable prices and super sweet staff. Would 1000% recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience!! Staff were all kind and helpful. Before the piercing Clay met with me and helped explain and pick out jewelry, which was very helpful. The entire experience was wonderful, professional and better than I had hoped for! Shop is beautiful and clean! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Supernatural Body Piercing to anyone!

I got my nostril pierced by Matt at Supernatural and had a great experience. I don't have anything else pierced (except my ears as a little kid) so this was new territory. Everyone at the counter was very kind and helpful. Matt was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything, answered all of my questions, and everything was super clean. I'm very happy with how the piercing turned out and I'm so glad I found this spot.

What a waste of time! The crazies will not even sell you any jewelry without an appointment Waste of time and effort. Never ever go there unless you want it to be top secret and make an appointment 2 weeks in advance
