I liked the fast service, tasty food, generous portions and reasonable price during my takeout lunch visit.My chicken with vegetables lunch included fried rice and two crab rangoon for $7.29. Other places offer rice and side options for lunch, but not here.The order was ready just five minutes after I ordered at the counter, where the service was accommodative and efficient, but not especially friendly.The entree included a good portion of tasty chicken, a flavorful brown sauce and a good variety of veggies, while the fried rice was very moist, flavorful and somewhat unique, as if a sauce had been mixed in.I noticed a clean, basic dining area with four tables but no background music.Overall, very nice.

Food is ok. Rude service and bad attitude they give off make you not want to come back and since the food isn't all that good here no point of coming back. Worst 80 bucks spent!

I was in need of a quick dinner and the reviews led me to believe this would be a good choice. I would recommend finding a different Chinese restaurant for sure. We tried the orange chicken and were extremely disappointed. The chicken was overcooked so it was dry and hard. The fried rice was orange (which is something I've never come across) and bland. The crab rangoon was 90% cream cheese, 10% imitation crab. Just gross. I didn't have any issues with the service itself, just the food which is the main factor of course.There are a ton of Chinese restaurants around the area so don't feel bad about missing this one.

My Oder Fred rice is eating not good Cooking rice is something wrong. I trash and I give 0 stars.

I went in there today got a hot and sour soup which was good, also got Egg rolls, no sweet and sour sauce so not good also got the fried dumplings which were really not good, throw them away, prices have gone up but verity so not the same..Will NOT go back

My family has been coming to this place for 15 years! In my personal opinion it's the best Chinese place in Kansas City

Sunny China will always be my jam. The food is always great, and I noticed reviews where the people complained about the ladies attitude... Well,,I've been going there for years(almost ten) and that's just her. It's not personal. She's running a business, I've watched her kids grow up and go to college, which means to me, she's running a successful business and taking care of home. That's admirable. Cut her some slack. I ordered one time, and my rice had been left out, I didn't even notice, but by the time I had my seat belt on, the husband was tapping on my window to hand it to me. I've never been able to complain about the food, and it's always been more than ample for the cost.
