What a darling, innovative, and much needed service for the KC area. My husband surprised my daughter and I with a spa day and we had a blast! We had a private appointment that included a manicure for us both and a cupcake facial for my daughter. The owner worked on my daughter and a teenager did my nails. My manicure was definitely not professional but it didn't matter to me because I knew this would be more for the experience! We were served a fancy drink with cotton candy on top and my daughter left with accessories and a goody bag of more treats. I would recommend this to anyone! Such a fun time for us and would look into having a birthday party here in the future.

Hi, Kim - Thank you for allowing my family and I to utilize your services. But, I want to give you my honest feedback. Here's a few things to note for future reference;*Princess Tiana could've been a bit more neat and polished as far as her appearance (i.e hair, nails, feet, missing the gloves, jewelry, and green shoes, and her demeanor).Plus, I didn't see Princess Tiana at the start of the party - the package (via online) states she will be present the WHOLE time.I would've preferred if Princess Tiana could've interacted with the girls more (such as providing the "full princess experience"). I saw her sitting down most of the time!*P.S the Princess Tiana in your online pictures is NOT the way the Princess Tiana looked at my party**Cleaning Product Smell - I didn't appreciate your employees cleaning the mani/pedi room while we were still present. The cleaning product smell (i.e bleach) was very strong! That's not a smell you want children or adults to smell while eating food, and dessert.I would recommend cleaning after your guest leave (treat it like restaurant style, cleaning doesn't start until the restaurant is cleared of customers).*The plates on the table could've been bigger and sturdier (very flimsy plates)*A few balloons on the balloon arch needed more air. Some were visibly losing air!*Please use or download the app pandora to avoid awkward commercial breaks for music. Better yet, please pay for the add-free music play (I don't think that's too much to ask for due to the listed pricing via online).*It would be a great idea, if you offered a menu, that shows the order of events.*The temperature in the building was very hot (I would've appreciated if someone asked if the temperature was adequate for my guest).*Towards the end, it felt like a weird tension was in the air, as if you and all your staff wanted us to hurry up and leave at 4:40p (party ends at 5p). It didn't help to have you or your staff standing and staring for long periods of time throughout the party. It was a bit uncomfortable. Which lead to me escorting my guest out at 4:45p.*One of the last things, that I feel you need to know...As a paying customer, I didn't feel that the party was a $630.00 experience. I personally would've picked better decorations (I don't like cheap looking decorations - plates, goodie bags, and etc). I noticed the table cloth on the table looked like it was ripping apart - I'm not sure if that's because it's worn out. Also, for the price - I feel it could've been an all inclusive (including food, beverages, and deserts).*Please note you should let the paying customer arrive a few minutes early to observe the venue, or to drop off food. So, that we aren't dropping off food or seeing the venue the same time guest are arriving. It makes the host look very unprepared (as if the host is not ready for her guest).I personally feel as though, I could've done this on my own, as far as finding a space or using my home to create this spa experience. I love the concept but, there were too many things that could've been so much better.Overall, my daughter enjoyed herself but, as an parent/adult these are things that I observed that I feel can be worked on. I just want to give you honest feedback because I want to see black businesses continue to ELEVATE!*P.S - I did share this feedback to the owner, and she did apologize. But, at this point an apology won't suffice. I definitely do not want to return to a business that I feel let me down, disappointed me, and failed my expectations.

great experience today with the bff package deal. the girls had so much fun getting treated like princesses.

I recently had the chance to come to a birthday party held here. All the different sections they had were decorated so well and I could tell all the little girls that attended were excited to feel like a princess themselves. They did an amazing job at helping each person feel comfortable and at home. I can't wait for my next excuse to come back!

We always do an adventure with each of our local grandchildren for their birthday. A spa day was perfect for our 6-year-old granddaughter. Kimberly was fun, kind, and created a wonderful day. My granddaughter and her friend felt pampered and said it was the most awesome day ever.
