FPO and I went in for dinner on a Thursday night mainly because we had coupons that were expiring the same day. Never again. Terrible store policies and manager (who by the way, wasn't even there). Let me start off by saying the two young employees who were working this evening were terrific! They were friendly, helpful, and had a really fun working rapport with each other and service to the customers. The trouble started after we ordered our three foot long sandwiches, they were made, and were trying to pay. The register didn't recognize our coupon. One of the employees had to call the manager at home and ask what to do. No manager or supervisor on site. Over the phone the manager (twice) told the employee to relay that they couldn't honor the coupon because their system has a known issue where it deletes coupons on the day they expire. Nothing can be done. That's it. The end. Now, I feel really sorry for those two young people. They were very apologetic and really very professional all things considered. The best they could advise was to contact corporate through the website. I tried that. Subway.com is not mobile responsive. I couldn't get past the first section. Never again, terrible store policies and manager. That's it. The end.

I haven't had a subway sandwich in awhile. I stop here for sandwiches to go. One person working the counter. She was also doing online orders. So I had to o wait at 15-20 minutes before I could place my order. Seating area is clean and casual in atmosphere. There was a couple of people in the restaurant eating at the time. I ordered a foot long of their specialty sandwich. Nothing too spectacular about them. It was okay. Probably won't go back to sad on.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life!! Went inside to order our six sandwiches for lunch today. Was met with irritation after telling the worker that we had a long order. She then proceeded to tell her co worker 'if she had to make all six of them she'd quit.' I told her I was sorry she had to make our order. That didn't make it better, in fact, that caused her to blow up and tell me she wasn't even talking to me and I was giving her so much attitude she refused to wait on me any longer. I stood there completely flabbergasted with my nine year old in tow wondering what the heck happened. I kept waiting to hear I'd been punked. Nope. The other employee never made eye contact. The employee that chewed me out threw down her utensil and went to the back room. The man in front of me that was carrying his sandwich out asked us "what in the world?" I really didn't know what to say or do. A few seconds passed with no more interaction from anyone, so I told the guy that still hadn't made eye contact, that I guessed we'd just go elsewhere. And we walked out. That will be the last time I ever go there. Man, we all have bad days. Learn to rein that in and do your job. Not cool at all.

This new Subway location had fast and friendly service with a clean and spacious dining area. I didn't notice any skimping on toppings, and my sandwich tasted great, with fresh bread and veggies. They also had free wi-fi and background music. Very nice.

I am not a fan of Subway. I just don't ever go there, but I was getting gas at the station attached to this fairly-new location, so I figured I'd might as well grab my dinner while I was stopped. You know how fast food workers are typically dead-behind-the-eyes teenagers? Well, they made a mistake and hired a peppy, polite young man who was there to take my order and prepare my meal. He was genuinely NICE, helpful, polite, grateful for my business and was really just personable the whole time. I left in utter shock, with a smile on my face. The food wasn't bad (it's still not my favorite place). The chocolate chip cookies were AMAAAAAZING.

So I mostly likely got food poisoning from the tuna. So I was trying to be a responsible citizen and notify them about the situation, we this is when my review gets bad. The person answering the phone only stated, "Thanks for letting us know." No apologies or any thing no other comments, not even a good-bye. Customer service sucks.

Ordered online via app, went to the store for pickup and they didn't have it ready. The employee that was making the sandwich's - said that they were out of the steak and cheese, and the person before him didn't make bread so they were out of Italian herbs and cheese. He asked me if I wanted something else I said meatball and he proceeded to make a different sandwich altogether. His hair was all over the place - on top of his visor - no hairnet. He didn't wash his hands after handling cash. I asked for a refund and he said that he couldn't provide one. And that I would have to call Subway Corporate. My experience with this store - was extremely poor. I will not be going back to this location. If I could give this a zero - I would.
