Suburban Lawn & Garden

I love this garden center! I am not exactly local to the area but to me, it's well-worth the drive for a visit. They have a huge variety of plants, including annuals, perennials, shrubs, tropical houseplants, and so much more. They also have garden decor, mulch, planters, seeds, fertilizers - truly, everything you could possibly need for a beautiful outdoor space! Prices are very reasonable and the employees are extremely helpful. They also offer a 1 year guarantee on larger perennials.Suburban is definitely worth a visit, even if it's just to spend a couple hours strolling around looking at plants and relaxing with a complimentary bag of popcorn. You'll be glad you went!

**edit**. I received a prompt call from the manager. She was very nice and is following up with employees. This is how a company should be run! I get that we have bad days, employees that are less than spectacular, but a manager that follows up on complaints is five star! Thank you. I will return.Customer service today was ridiculous. Walked around for over and hour looking for my items. No one asked if I needed help. Finally asked a lady unloading carts in the back area for my last item. She looked at my me, turned around, and shrugged! I said, "Did you say no"? She said, while still turned away, "I don't know." So I asked, "Is there someone who does?" And she, while still with her back to me, gestured to a man nearby, who said he "doesn't work in perennials." Really? I told him I was unhappy with the customer service as I've never had someone turn away and shrug when I asked for help with a product. He walked directly to the plant and was very pleasant from that point forward. Do better, Suburban.

This garden center is ridiculously far from me (40+ minutes) but it is SO worth the drive. It's a plant-lover's dreamland. I seriously could wander around inside for hours, looking at all the things. I wouldn't even need to buy things, it'd be a day date with myself.Although I would buy things. It's all so beautiful and zen.Their plant selection is amazing. Indoor, outdoor, trees, shrubs, annual, perennial, veggies, houseplants, landscape plants... they have it all. Plus bulk mulch, fountains, patio furniture, solar lights, garden decor... I love that the employees wear bright red so they are always easy to spot. When I needed help selecting some tree varieties, the staff was very knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations, and were polite and friendly, on top of all of that.We will be back for sure; and the loyalty points are just an added bonus.

Suburban Lawn & Garden is probably one of my favorite place to visit. Their selection of plants is outstanding. You can get anything here from birdbaths, any type of plant and SO many gardening necessities. My husband and I have been coming here for years. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! On another note, they are dog friendly and always have treats for them at the check out counter. Thanks for being the best, Suburban!!

I could spend hours here. I just love it. So many great options for landscaping, for any type of yard. Much of the staff are knowledgeable about what you're looking for, and all of them are very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite Lawn and Garden store, It's huge! It's beautiful! We get most of our spring/summer plants here, our mulch, our gardening tools, and our christmas tree. I swear, they have the best Christmas trees, our trees from here stay alive and healthy forever (into Feb for one of them and it was just left out on the back porch), after they've been cut!The plants I get from here grow big and stay a live and healthy! I also love that they have swing sets, so my kids don't get bored while I shop

A complete garden center. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Besides plants, trees, etc., they have quality garden, lawn decor, etc. I consider this a one-stop garden center for your home landscaping needs.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. The selections for plants and landscape rock are very good. They also have outdoor pots and seating for the garden.

went to suburban today after receiving an email stating 40-60% off all trees and bushes. found a small tree I wanted to purchase for $89 and was willing to pay the additional $110 to have it professionally planted and receive a two year warranty. after locating a service person, he proceeded to tell me I needed to spend $350 worth of goods, paying the installation on each piece, before they would make a trip to my home. there was no signage for this minimum purchase, and needless to say we left without purchasing anything. I will never return to this establishment. Situation Handled poorly, advertising deceptive, and the sales person was aloof and disregarded our displeasure! Corporate American has become so greedy since COVID, and I'll choose morewisely when searching for lawn and garden supplies. a very unhappycustomer,L Ward
