I found this shop online and just want to give it a try without any expectation. So I put 2 dresses, 1 sport wind coat, and 1 handbag in a bag, then headed to this place.When I entered the shop, the staffs were busy tidying the items but one staff immediately came help my need. So it took me 3mins to check-in and drop the bag and got the cash back for 2 out of 4 items. I waited for less than 10mins for the staff to check the items( there are several items before mine) and was told how many items they could take and kindly let me know why the others they couldn't take ( they gave the explanation of the handbag, then after I asked for one dress they did take, they also kindly let me know why)Overall this is a pleasant experience selling something I don't need or wear for long time for some extra cash.The plus is that in their shop they have so many varieties of good stuff. I will definitely return to buy the next time when I need something and sell if I have some clothes/bags no longer needed.

I recommend this shop because the ladies who work there are friendly and engage with their customers (sellers as well). They looked through my items and took a few with tags and offered my a fair price (without the dreaded "store credit"). As it turned out I found a cute item to purchase as well! The store is also well organized and felt welcoming.

If you like high quality 2nd hand clothes shopping this place will knock your socks off. It's HUGE. It's very well organized (by item and then by size). You'll find mostly name brand items (some new with tags) in all categories except swimwear and intimates. Browsed a little and seems to be geared towards classier things I would wear to work and then fancy casual stuff you'd wear on a cruise or to brunch to meet your potential in laws. For example sheath dresses for $15. (It isn't a thrift shop atmosphere, this isn't a flip flops and neon t-shirts place.)Happy to report they have a good selection of plus sizes too (up to 6x). That's pretty rare. I brought in a few items to sell and liked the easy process. They ask for your phone number and then text you the form to fill out to become a seller. Then you can see where you are in the process (waiting, sorting, offer ready). You can drop stuff off and not have to wait around for the offer because they text you when it is ready.Right now they are only buying as they stock the store. They plan to be open for shoppers by the end of June.

Had some time to kill and shopping is my "cardio." Staff was fun and engaging without be intrusive or bothersome. Found several items I wanted to try...but they were closing in less than 15 minutes. They did not rush me, nor make me feel a single bit bad about being in there trying things on and making purchases when trying to close up. As I was walking out they start a Facebook Live selling event...so I hopped on FB and continued shopping from my CAR! It was a fun night while I was waiting for my kid's soccer practice finish up. I have TONS of clothes to bring in to attempt to sell. Only wish they were open later...fulltime working moms cant get there in time on weekdays but will try this weekend!

I always have a very positive experience here, both selling and buying! The staff are so polite. All of the clothes are laid out in a very organized manner that makes it fun to browse the aisles and shop. They pay well for what they buy.

Staff is super friendly! They have remembered me since my first visit and chat with my little girl when she is with me. They have a great selection and the payout is much higher than other BST stores. I will be back to sell and shop!

I like this store but not the customer service, I was in with my friend and this lady kept telling us to go to the goodwill because it would be cheaper than what they have there. I just wanted to shop and spend some time with my friend. anyway the lady's are very judgy but the stuff I bought was cute I got a hat and a bag. I'll be back but Id rather not hear anything the ladies have to say when I'm trying to shop

Took in several bags and the lady helping me scoffed at how much I had. She watched me struggle to carry things in. She asked if everything was recent and I said yes, she then had my order done in about an hour and when I came back they bought about 10 things. When I was picking up my bags, I was about to say thank you, and she said "you're welcome, thank you." Very rude.

horrible. they are way more concerned with the BRAND rather than the quality. and style of clothing. brought in a full bag of clothing and was told to "go to Plato's bc it's more their style." pathetic. would not recommend

Needed some dress pants and business casual clothing. And I could not believe how much I found! This is an awesome affordable shop, with really cute clothes and shoes. I highly recommend shopping here!
