Stride Martial Arts and Fitness

I have been around Jiu Jitsu for years but was always to afraid to jump in to try it. This place absolutely changed that for me. The environment is so chill and inviting. All of the members are very welcoming and it truly feels like one big family. The owner (Matt) is also happy to see everyone that walks through the door and is super knowledgeable of the sport. My instructor (Nick) has a ton of knowledge he brings to the table and makes classes so easy to follow along with even for beginners. I couldn't ask for a better place to call my gym home and am thankful for the family I've found within it!
