Steves Floral Shop

My review about the flowers I purchased. I selected "designers choice" and what was on your website was not what my recipient got. It was more greenery than flowers. The flowers did not look fresh and it was not a full vase of flowers. This is disappointing because I chose a local florist because I prefer to support my city than go through some national distributor. These were for a birthday and I'm disappointed and sad that this was not executed at higher efficiency.

This is my "go-to" flower shop. They are reliable and I have never been disappointed. When it comes to buying flowers, I am about the quality and this flower shop, from my experience, has provided nothing but the best. I always recommend this flower shop to my friends and family.

Needing a quick, small floral arrangement, I remembered this flower shop a block from where I live. It's on the corner of 11th & Main in a HUGE space. They had a small refrigerator with a few flowers and a couple of arrangements. There were also some plants - large and small - scattered about along with a strangely large bear section. Yes, bears. Yeah, it was puzzling.Anyway, I just wanted a small gerber daisy arrangement and they did a great job getting it put together with exactly the flowers I wanted and in the type of vase I wanted. And the price was very reasonable.I'm guessing they do a lot of delivery service here and don't get much walk-in business. Regardless, they did a fine job and everyone was really helpful and pleasant.Now, about those bears...

After searching the area for a flower shop, I finally came across this place. The lady was very nice who helped me, which is why I didn't just put the flowers down and leave. I ended up paying $30 for two stems of lilies, two tall purple things, and what appears to be long grass. This place is entirely way too overpriced and I will not come here again nor recommend this place to anybody else.

Steve and his crew did a great job after an unfortunate mix up on valentines day. My co-worker failed to inform steve's delivery driver that I was gone for the day so the flowers were taken back to my desk. Someone from my job texted me that my flowers were at my job, but I was unable to come back to get them. I called the fower shop to inform them of the mix up and talked to steve directly. He felt bad about the mix up and was willing to make me a new bouquet but didn't have anything at his shop. I couldn't believe he was willing to give me more flowers even though my paid for bouquet was at my job. That surprised me! But to top it off the delivery driver knocked on my door 30 min later with my original bouquet! They had driven back to my job and brought them to me! Wow! This place has awesome customer service! Even after having a long day of arranging flowers! And btw my job is close to Zona Rosa and their shop is downtown. I will definitely be coming back to this flower shop and telling my friends about this. Thank you so much!

I called from out of state to have flowers delivered to my step sister in the hospital. I was very specific in my what I wanted. Cute vase with pink purple and blue flowers. She was sent a plain vase with a very scarce arrangement of different colors. not at all what I asked for. was very disappointed, especially considering that I paid 60$

I called this shop because it was close to the person I wanted to send flowers to. The people were friendly on the phone, but after seeing the arrangement, I don't think I got my money's worth. I paid for a $65 arrangement (plus a $10 delivery fee) and what the person received seemed more like a $35-$40 arrangement (I'm basing this off of experience working in a flower shop, with weddings, and looking at the arrangements the shop offered on their website). I ordered a "spring mix" because the shop was out of all the flowers required for the previous three arrangements I had tried to order from their website. This wasn't a huge deal, but I was disappointed when I saw the finished product.
