Stems Event Flowers

Jen designed beautiful arrangements for a celebration of life reception for us. We could not have been more pleased. The quality of the arrangements was exceptional. She also coordinated delivery with Maceli's downtown Lawrence location, which was especially appreciated. When there were more tables than expected, Jen added additional bud vases so that every table was decorated. We absolutely loved working with her.

I ordered the small summer arrangement as a thank you for a friend and it was beautifully arranged! I meant to order it yesterday (a Friday) but didn't get it ordered until the afternoon on Saturday and they delivered it Saturday even though they were closed! What service! Recommend this florist!

Terrible service... always excuses! She starts out so nice but when you start asking questions she gets defensive and then makes up excuses that don't really apply to the situation. Our wedding coordinator called several times to find out where she was after being after an hour late with no response. The flowers were beautiful although the grooms boutonniere And brides bouquet, although stunning had flowers that were wilting. She claimed were our fault for wanting such delicate flowers.When originally meeting with this lady, she insured she could do all that we wanted within our budget but when the final invoice came it was twice the cost!The flowers were indeed beautiful... but wish she would have been more up front about that in the beginning.. loved our day! Just sad that we had to dip in to another area of savings that we didn't plan.. disappointing

Roses delivered to my wife on our 20th anniversary. I usually don't complain but she was not as happy as I wanted her to be. She said the roses looked rough with wilted petals and way over stuffed for the vase. Just wish they would have been nicer for her on this day

We had a great experience working with Jen! Our flowers and greenery turned out beautifully, and we got so many compliments on the bouquets. She took my Pinterest inspo photos and made them reality, and was super professional along the way. I knew I didn't have to worry about our decorations or flowers!

HORRIBLE!!! Did not deliver to the right place. Was supposed to call first. Then 4 hours after they never showed up. The ordered and then the flouriest called me a liar basically saying they were there and so was I until I said we have a camera then it was well it was left at the door. I said I did not place the order and got told to walk over and go get it. No apology. No attempt to make it right just ignorance. And then when I asked for the company name I was hung up on. I looked it up and called back and they answered with my name condescendingly. I said I wanted the owner or the manager they said they were. I said your employee was rude to me and hung up and that is unprofessional and she proceeded to tell me no one was rude and I didnt get hung up on and they didnt see anything wrong with their disgusting behavior. So what should have been a great suprise instead ruined my day, cost him a lot of money, and left an unprofessional ____________ making money they dont deserve. No wonder HyVee and Dillons are taking over. Who would want to deal with that?!?!?!?! Good customer service should teach you better than that. But I guess not everyone had a good mother. Dont waste your time or money!!!! SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And liars. Thank goodness for cameras. Cant lie about not being on it.

When asking if they had anything Jayhawk- themed, I was informed that they were " more upscale". That IS verbatim, although she tried to walk it back. My my....

Jenn is amazing! She was so helpful in narrowing down what I needed for our wedding and reception. I gave her a general vision and she did absolutely wonderful. She also offered to do separate drop offs to accommodate a project we wanted to do for the reception the night before. Thank Jenn for your kindness and creativity. We loved working with you!

I called Stems for a last-minute order. Beautiful custom bouquet was delivered in behalf with care. They were accommodating and friendly. recipient truly enjoyed the flowers and the vase.

Jen did an amazing job with the flowers for my daughter's wedding. Jen took some Pinterest inspiration ideas we shared with her and came up with the most beautiful flower arrangements. Give her artistic license to do what she thinks is best based on your style and you won't be sorry you did. She has an eye for composition and balance. Our guests were very complimentary on the floral decor. We also were pleased that she stayed with in our budget. We highly recommend Stems Flowers and Jen!
