Stacy Cakes

I literally just created an account so I could leave these guys a review. First off, the lunch there is always good. Every day they're open, you can get thick cut deli sandwiches on fresh bread (try the sunflower rolls). There are also daily specials like tater tot casserole and lasagna. I've had everything they make and it's never disappointed. Also, last week I had a wedding in Humboldt and got to try out their cakes. Stacy worked with me, sending prompt, clear messages as soon as I reached out. She went out of her way to provide exactly what we wanted, including a special baby gender reveal on one of the cakes (pink on the inside). The price is great and everything looked/tasted perfect. These are great people, and their business has been a wonderful addition to Humboldt.

Interesting place to stop and get a bite to eat and some delicious cookies. Today's special was Frito chili pie it chili dogs for $5.99. the menu is limited but sufficed.

I stopped in here for lunch one day after seeing their daily specials posted on Facebook. I had the lasagna. It was a pretty nice portion size for the price, very meaty, definitely home made. I was pleased.
