I recently discovered a charming local sandwich shop that has quickly become a favorite of mine. The atmosphere is cozy, with comfortable indoor seating that invites you to relax while enjoying your meal. To my delight, the service was impressively fast, even though each sandwich was made to order.My husband and I decided to try a couple of their specialties: I ordered the meatball sub, while he went for the muffaletta sandwich. Both came with a fresh side salad that added a nice touch. I must say, the flavors were absolutely divine! The meatball sub was loaded with tender meatballs and a rich marinara sauce, all nestled in a perfectly toasted roll. The muffaletta was equally delightful, with layers of savory meats and tangy olives that made every bite a treat.Given how hard it can be to find a good deli in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this little gem. You won't be disappointed!

About 15 years ago I frequented Sorella's often because it was only a few blocks from my house, but I hadn't been back since moving away. That's a shame because I remember them fondly. Early Saturday afternoon i found myself in Liberty and needing a light bite to hold me over for dinner, and realized that they were still around. It truly is amazing that this joint has lasted so long it that location - a one way side street a block from the Historic Liberty Square is certainly not a high traffic or high visibility area. I'm sure the cheap rent has to be a blessing; I only assume that the rent is cheap because the building in ancient, out of the way, decades overdue for a makeover and quite small.I ordered a 1/2 muffaletta sandwich for $5.75 it came with a bag of chips and a pickle spear. Grilled to perfection with plenty of Boars Head meats and olive spread - it was a wonderful panini. I certainly will be returning sooner than 15 years for a larger serving.

Just give Jessica 24 hours notice and you too can take home a gigantic lasagna like this. Not joking, this thing weighs at least 6 pounds. Can't wait to dig in. Thank you, Jessica!

We popped in for lunch and had an Italian sub and a Reuben. I liked the Reuben was better - maybe because it was served hot? Or because it was a bigger portion? The service was nothing noteworthy- just a gal making the sandwiches one at a time. I was glad we were first in line during the time we were there. With only one person working, it took awhile for some people to get their food. The set up is just a small deli counter and a few bistro tables. If I went back, I'd likely get it to go and eat outside nearby.

The owner is very nice and attentive. I have eaten there several times. I also catered their sandwiches for a party and they were a hit. Would highly recommend to stop by this cute sandwich shop for a bite to eat.

The pasta sauce was the darkest colored spaghetti sauce I'd ever seen and tasted unlike any sauce I'd ever had but in a bad way. The portion was also small compared to the price. The place also sold sandwiches which looked a lot better than the spaghetti so I'd recommend trying the sandwiches should you go there.

The perfect, quaint little sandwich shop. I ordered the turkey sandwich on wheat and everything about it was great! Super soft bread & Boar's head meat. We also got a wedding cake cupcake that was delish. Pricing was great. Highly recommend!

What an overall standup sandwich tucked away in "downtown" Liberty Missouri. Sorella's makes a mean meat masterpeice there is no denying that this deli is a top contender for a Top 10 Sandwich in (a lil further out than) KC. Last time I was visiting the suburb I came across this whole in the wall deli sort of next to a whole in the wall bar aptly called, The Corner Bar, the deli was no other than Sorella's. It was a kind of late for lunch and they were about to close up shop but I managed to slip through the doo before the sliver slicers were put to rest. The Katie's special of the day seemed perfect for my growling stomach promising to be piled with turkey breast, leafy spinach and havarti cheese, creamy mayo- I was sold. When the half of sandwich was crafted and presented to me minutes after I ordered her I was in awe of her beautiful rye bread, it was a swirly sight of glossy chestnut brown and soft sensual white bread. I was so ready to put this sandwich in my mouth! Surprisingly the bread held itself together while still being squishy and fresh. It provided the perfect vehicle to get the tender turkey, crisp veggies and that perfect mellow white slice of cheese from sandwich wrapping paper to mouth to stomach. Whenever I am in Liberty Missouri again I am so stepping into Sorella's for a stellar sandwich honestly the only thing that could make this sammy more of a whammy is if it was closer to the city center!

Great spot in Downtown Liberty! Friendly and great sandwiches. Fast service. Bread was fresh (yum!) and the deli meats were boars head and cut on the spot fresh. Highly recommended to stop by for lunch and we'll be back.

Great food made with quality ingredients! The Rueben was great and a nice size. Definitely recommend.
