Sojourn Spa

What a treat! We stayed at the Cascade Hotel for my birthday (a wonderful hotel on the Plaza) and my husband booked a couples massage. Sojourn is pure bliss from the moment you step inside. We were greeted with a smile and then relaxed in the very peaceful lounge, which has hot tea, flavored water, and small snacks. Within the lounge is the more private Solitude lounge, which we enjoyed after our massages. This space has reclining chairs and is a bit more serene and quiet. Our therapists were Michelle and Ash and we were both very impressed and happy with our 80 minute massages. The rooms are tranquil and peaceful. Although there is no steam room or sauna in Sojourn, I actually didn't miss them because the space is so inviting and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The aesthetic of this spa was to die for! I was visiting for the weekend and made an appointment easily online a few days before. I had a 50 minute massage. My massage therapist was Ashley and she was AMAZING I wish I lived closer so I could come back and see her again. Overall experience did not disappoint!

My first experience at Sojourn Spa was amazing! The spa itself is clean and esthetic. Very relaxing environment. Not to mention the location is perfect right on the plaza on the second floor of hotel Cascade, valet service available as well. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I for his birthday. I am blown away by the professionalism of every team member from the moment we were greeted by the hostess, to how informative Mikayla was on taking care of my ever changing skin. We were very appreciative of Arthur as well my husband has been having back pain and the massage has truly helped. We plan on making this a permanent home for our self care.

An excellent facial while seemed pricey it included LED. The aesthetician was experienced as well as willing to share information but absolutely no pressure to purchase upgrades or products. That added to a relaxing experience.
