This is a great place for Happy Hour. Amazing food and drinks and they have $2 tacos on Tuesday and these tacos are AMAZING.A really cool spot in Waldo. Their nachos were fantastic. Actually all the food were great but I think my favorite were the tacos which I was very surprised by. I will def be going back and highly recommend them

Social is located in historic Waldo area offering refreshing drinks, tasty food and relaxing vibes. Some of my favorite items: - Waldo Rolls - flour tortillas, shredded cheese, grilled chicken and black bean corn salsa then light deep fried. Served with sriracha aioli dipping sauce. So delish! - Kansas City Mac & Cheese - pepper jack queso, pasta & BBQ burnt ends. Amazing mesh of flavors. - Summer Brew - Tito's Vodka, Lemonade 5 Blvd Wheat on The Rocks, Lemon Garnish. A refreshing delight! Great sports bar with plenty of character. Offering good times, tasty food with great service.

Typical bar with garage door windows that open for summer. Stopped in for evening dinner..,,loaded tots were awesome as well as the Waldo wraps. I had the Diablo shrimp tacos which were not as spicy as I hoped. Service was fast and came out hot.

We were in the area so selected Social Waldo for a late dinner. Definitely described as a local bar feel - dart boards in the back ( cool!) Service was a bit slow as basically the bartender doing it all.Food was hot and tasty. Nothing spectacular but good food.I imagine it is a fun weekend night vibe!

Solid bar food for brunch and lunch! Service is fast and the food hits everytime. For sure in the check this out if you are looking to watch a sports game for any occasion.

Wow, wow, wow !!Walked into a college football atmosphere this morning as KState was playing Texas. Surrounded by nothing but purple and there was a DJ who kept the atmosphere going. At first glance, it was packed, however were able to find seating right away, and I loved the fact that the waitress came over to acknowledge us so fast. We were off to a great start !!I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, held the Nashville sauce with the slaw on the side, and it was delightful. I could only eat half a it was very filling, and the fries were fresh and delicious as well. Now I will say that I'm glad I had the slaw on the side as it wasn't very tasteful to me, but I like my slaw more of the taste of KFC. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor. The pickles and special sauce complimented it nicely, and did I mention it was service on texas toast. My friend ordered the breakfast chimichanga with steak and the breakfast potatoes. Also very filling. If you like a little heat to your food, this is for you. There were jalapeños throughout and accompanied by a spicy queso.If you're in the Waldo area, stop by and check it out. Perfect for watch parties, meet up with the girls. Nice breakfast menu if you are looking for that option as well.

Great bar in Waldo for drinks with friends, some bites to eat, and watching sporting events! I visited with a few friends to watch March Madness games and there were TVs all around the restaurant, with different games on different screens. There's plenty of table and bar seating. They had a happy hour going on, which was a bonus. Our drinks and food came out quickly after ordering. I ordered the Waldo Rolls and a margarita during happy hour. I'd recommend parking in the lot right in front of the restaurant, or on one of the street spots.

Love having this bar in the neighborhood. Live music on weekends (can be loud), $2 tacos on Tuesday, great drink specials, Sydney has been a great week night server. Stellar bar!

The Social is a popular sports bar in the Waldo area of Kansas City for several reasons. There are televisions on every wall playing different games and sports so that everyone is able to watch a game of their choosing. On Tuesday's, The Social serves $2 tacos and $5 margaritas which is such a good deal! At 7PM on Tuesday's, music bingo starts and it is completely free to play! Want to a chance to win a 6-pack of beer? Try your luck at bingo at the Social on Tuesday's! The environment of the Social is always fun and uplifting. There are other deals throughout the week, but I love visiting on Tuesdays! The service is quick and attentive. Highly recommend going to the Social to watch a game!

Service was very slow And the waiter was rude. And the food was just OK and overpriced.
