I took my kid's to tube at the 11 AM tubing session (second session of the day) on President's day. They only had one lane open and were still trying to smooth/groom it. Every tuber got stuck on the way down and had to be pushed by a staff member. This resulted in a very long line, not to mention a poor ride when we finally got a turn. For my family of 3 we paid $150 (and drove an hour each way to go) and only were able to go down 5 times in the 2 hour time slot. All of the parents there were very upset. After I got home, I sent an email requesting a refund to Vail/Snow Creek. After being routed 3 times to a different email/contact, I was denied a refund request. If you are planning to tube at Snow Creek, I highly recommend not purchasing tickets in advance and calling ahead because it's clear they will not cancel or offer refunds if they have not staffed appropriately to groom the lanes. And they do not make it right with customer service. Snow Creek used to be a fantastic local ski hill but it appears Vail is dead set on running this place into the ground.

This is a great place for learning to ski. Beginner section really full. Here are some short sweet comments from our crew (6 of us, 3 ski/boarders and 3 tubers) and people we met:Bring your own drinks, $6-7 for a bottled drink is crazy, $3 for a fountain with no refills. The bar and pub never opened. Fireplace not on until 2 pmThe slopes were not groomed .Slushee slopes.Short runsSuper nice lady in the gift shop.Bathroom stalls are tiny (women's)Inexperienced ski equipment workers. No one's skis popped off, tons of injuries.Love the cubbies for shoes.Tricky competition was neat to see, but they didn't put it on the tv in the lodge for friends to watch.Tubing is a joke, no snow! Should have been shut down. No refund when requested to one of our crew.Dates: 1/30-2/2

I am hoping for a chance to come back when they have more adequate snow to try again extremely disappointed that we paid for a family of five to do the tubing experience, and there was really not any snow at all whatsoever. I am hoping for a chance to come back when they have more adequate snow to try again

This place is never open or making snow... Even 6 days after the 2 biggest snow storms of the year and the temp has been between 6-28 degrees all week they still are "temporarily closed"... Wake up, we need to ride!!!!

We had a great time. We went on a weekday and arrived shortly after opening. We purchased tickets online, loaded them to an app, the check in was easy, the equipment rental was quick and efficient. The staff was very patient and everyone was friendly. The lift lines were short. We were able to ski down the slope and get right back on. We were fortunate, the weather was good, a little on the warm side so the top snow was starting to melt. We were beginners and the leaning slope was a perfect place to start. They have varying grades of blue trails. We were over zealous and found ourselves on a steep slope that was snowpacked/icy making it a difficult decent. We did the tubes and there only a few people riding so there was no lines. We had reserved 2 days but decided to cancel the second day due to the warm weather and had no issues with getting our refund. After reading the bad reviews our expectations were low but we were very pleased with our day. We would go again!

This place is a piece of shit! beware of the fine print! As you are unable to refund your passes. Especially the Epic Passes! Someone also miss informed that the passes could be used for the tubing as well as Snowboarding/Skiing... so we lost $200Good to know, if you do not feel SAFE returning, they don't give a fuck and all they say is you must provide medical documentation in order to attempt to get your money back! If I could give this 0 Stars I would! I will be telling all of my business clients, friends, and family to stay away from this suckage company!

We had a great time this past Sunday. They seemed to be short-staffed, but the staff were very kind and helpful. It was busy but they did a great job of getting us our lift tickets and rentals so we could get to our lesson as soon as possible. Due to wait times, we were about 30 minutes late for the lesson, but they extended the lesson by 30 minutes. Two of our family were in snowboard lessons and one in ski lessons and everyone really liked their instructors. Then we had fun on the slopes until after dark.

If I could give Zero stars, I would! We paid $340 to take our kids tubing! What a WASTE! They closed down 3 of the 5 Tubing lanes, causing 45 min wait times to go down! That is not much time when you only get 2 hours. Then, my 17 year old daughter FLEW OFF THE TUBING RUN, ALMOST RUNING IN TO A POLE!!!BE AWARE!! They Do NOT have proper safety protocols in place at this facility. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone, with NO REPLY!!! HORRIBLE BUISNESS PRACTICES!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Not only should we get a refund we should get paid for wasting our entire day just standing in line. This place is straight trash now don't waste your time coming here
