I tried Snooze for the first time and really enjoyed my experience.I ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet. I was looking for something fresh and not too heavy. This order was exactly that. The omelet is packed with fresh asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, topped with avocado and herbed cream cheese. I got a side salad but you can also sub it for hash browns. My partner got the Breakfast Burrito, and I have to say, I was a little jealous! It was loaded with eggs, crispy hash browns, and a delicious green chili sauce that took it to the next level. There is an extra cost if you want to add protein to the burrito. The vibe here is great, with friendly staff. We went at a less busier time, so we got seated immediately. I recommend adding your name to the wait list prior, if you plan on going at a busy time.

Snooze is the epitome of what every breakfast place should be, IMO! Fresh new takes on all the classics with great texture and flavor pairings in every dish! I opted for the SWEET POTATO & VEGGIE SMASH UP - Two smashed and griddled sweet potatoes dressed with pickled onions and our asparagus, red onion, & mushroom salad. Topped with avocado, a poached cage-free egg and hemp seeds. Drizzled with our house-made Snooze Sriracha maple syrup. DIVINE! I don't do much sugar in the morning, and didn't want a heavy meal - this was satisfying and delicious! Paired it with a simple cappuccino and I was SET!Friends explored the Bloody Mary (with bacon, $1.50 or $2 extra...), and an Espresso Martini - they sang their praises!

I've eaten at this location a few times. The aesthetic is fun with pops of color. I appreciate the coat hangers and vibe of the restaurant. I give 3 stars for 3 reasons:- There is no seating for waiting customers which is very unfair for elderly, pregnant, and disabled persons. Sometimes wait times are long if you haven't put yourself in the online waitlist. Be sure to check that before going in. - I ordered the new, recommended, Jalapeño & Cheddar omelette 3 days ago and my stomach has not recovered in the last 3 days. I'm Thai & Cambodian, I eat my fair share of spice. My stomach does not react to jalapeños and it has been awful. Nothing on the taste but more on the preparation. I'm curious on how an omelette, I didn't finish, would make me call out of work 5 hours early and keep me on a toilet for 3 days. - finally the service... maybe she was having a bad day, I get it, I work customer service in a deli. A smile is good for both sides, I'm not asking for ultra-passionate waiters or over enthusiastic people. I only mark this because of the contrasting warmth towards other families and a strange coldness to mine. She carried herself as someone who didn't want to be there and I understand, still, it's uncomfortable as a customer. I can manage a waiter with a sub-par attitude but only if it's fairly distributed, otherwise, I just feel unwelcome. No allergies, no special requests, easy orders, no screaming babies... even if she gave one smile after we ordered I would have felt less like an offender. Otherwise, I could have just made the omelette at home lol.No complaints from the rest of my party, things came out in time (I would of liked an update on my food when my family got their pancakes first and she didn't tell me if mine was on the way or even acknowledge me). Overall, it's a cute place and I would try this place again just off of the aesthetics and good prices. I'd probably order something completely different, put myself on the waitlist 15 minutes early, and hope for better customer service experience. Let's try again!

Yet another yummy breakfast spot in Overland Park! We ordered the avocado toast, a full order and a half order. We did the onion jam on the side because I wasn't sure how I'd feel about it. It was good but I'm not sure I'd want it on the whole toast. We also split a plain pancake and it was fluffy and not too sweet! Definitely recommend Snooze for a cute breakfast spot. The menu was huge with a wide variety of options.

We went to Snooze for a Sunday brunch and was not disappointed. It was our fault that we had to wait because we didn't make a reservation or I didn't sign up on Yelp before time (facepalm) but the wait time quoted was about the actual wait time. Our server (who's name escapes me at the moment) was fantastic. She was handling another big party and did a great job. There were 6 of us and I think she had another big table. The accuracy of the orders was spot on and we received everything fairly quickly. The food was great. We all got different things for the most part and there were no complaints. Would definitely visit again, just make sure we make a reservation lol.

Arrived around 12pm on a Saturday and place was a bit busy. Had a wait time of 20ish mins. No available seating inside and no seating outside while we wait. They do however have a cornhole set and a bucket of chalk which helped keep the little one entertained until our table became available. We got to our table and noticed it was quite loud with a full house. I felt like I was yelling at my wife who was only 2-3ft away from me. My wife's and my food were really good and eggs were perfectly poached! Nothing worse than having an overcooked poached egg on your Benny! Unless that's how you like it...Our daughter did not like her French toast which was lacking the egg mixture as you can see in the provided photo. Other than this it was a good visit and service was average.

Food - greatService - greatAmbiance - bright natural light everywhere.Had to try the "Double Bacon Sandwith". - aka just the name alone causes salivation.Brioche bun (soft though), Gruyere cheese,Snooze's special thick bacon, habanero pork belly, over medium egg, Dijon vinaigrette, (Tiny bits of) arugula, pickled red onions. Served with a side of slather-able Sriracha maple aioli, bread & butter pickles.Their Habenero Benedict is addictive enough without this coming into the ring and punching above it's class.OMG the combination of flavor between the bacons (PLURAL!!!) and the onions and the aioli (option for you) and the pickles.......YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!!Aka "GET IN MY BELLY"Plus their hockey puck o hash browns (you can order them xtra crispy too!!) with either ketchup, Siracha, Tobasco or/and the bird green sauce they have.....This with a coffee and a bev o' your choice......for me at least = FEAST of the DAY!!!

Garbage customer service. We checked in online and were informed we had an 11-23 minute wait. Once we arrived the host told us, that we were actually told that it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Uh, no we weren't. That's fine we went to First Watch and had better food and way better service.

At first glance online, this restaurant looked decent. Upon entering I really enjoyed the decor. It had a really funky vibe which I thought was really cute. It seemed to be in one of the suburbs which I thought was nice considering there were other outlets nearby. We were seated while we were on the waitlist and we got our drinks pretty fast and matcha latte was OK. I've had better as for the coffee, it was coffee now time for the food. I got the vegan pancakes and the vegan tofu scramble. I shouldn't had such high expectations for the scramble considering it's not a fully vegan restaurant. It really disappointed me. Their hashbrowns are also a bit odd which I thought was interesting and the vegan pancake was probably my favorite item. My sister also enjoyed her pancake. She didn't like the sausage. It was about $60 for both of us which was way more higher than the quality of the food that we had. This would probably be my only visit.
