My husband and I got married May 2014 and had our reception at this venue. For starters let me just say that the hall itself is very nice and clean also doesn't need many decorations because of how modern it is. On the other hand. These people put on a front that they are going to help you through everything and be so helpful and they are just there to make sure that everything goes smooth for us. Which felt like a lie to us after everything was over. There were so many red flags that we had and if we hadn't paid so much money for them, we would have walked away. They never tried to set up any of the meetings for the food tasting or decorations, I had to reach out to them. They were very pushy about their DJ and were rude to ours when we didn't choose theirs. There were probably ten of our guests that have told me stories about how they were rude to them! They told us that we would do the final billing the night of and if we had more people we would pay and if we had less they would refund us. But then Cindy was extremely rude to my mother who paid for the whole thing. and told her she doesn't know who told her that but she's not getting any of her money back. for one reason or another. But they went too far by calling me (the bride) the night before my wedding while I am sitting at dinner with my family, asking for more money. I could go on and on about things that bothered me but it doesn't change anything. I don't normally put reviews about things up. But these people were so extremely unprofessional with our reception. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
