After a friend gifted me an adorable mini arrangement from Sidelines I started following them on social media and instantly fell in love. They not only do beautiful arrangements but they have the best grab and go selection and it varies daily like it should. They sell unique and high quality gifts as well and ship everywhere. Prices are spot on so you can treat someone without breaking the bank. I am in love with my hydrangea bunch and happy I found a place that I can get fresh flowers weekly without spending $50. They are very helpful as well. They will select the best of the bunch for you and they present it beautifully while most places just have you walk out with a bunch of flowers in your hand they wrap and tie it in a beautiful bow.

Kelsey at sidelines did the florals for my wedding on 10/15/22 - we exchanged various emails and met in person a handful of times. I never once felt in the dark about the process, I had made multiple changes to the order, adding, taking off, and adding again but Kelsey was always understanding and transparent to ensure it was exactly what we wanted and needed for our special day.The mock up to what we actually received day of was breathtaking - I had no idea the flowers would have turned out as beautiful as they did. I was so impressed and it caught the attention of our guests as they were raving about them all night. I feel so lucky to have worked with such a caring individual that made my stress go away, she took care of things perfectly and if I was to do it all over again, Kelsey and her team would be first on my list!

Flowers are gorgeous. Such a cute shop, and the service was great! Giving four stars instead of five for two reasons that aren't entirely the shop's fault. I got a custom order asking for lots of orange flowers and got more red than orange. This could have been due to availability, and they still look great. I picked the flowers up to take to a friend, and the vase was so full that it spilled in my car before I got out of the parking lot, ruining the box they provided for easier transport. I'm sure I could've dumped out some water and gone back in for another vase, but I didn't have time. Overall, very pleased and great quality!

I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers at work today. The arrangement includes flowers I have never seen in a bouquet before. The woman who delivered them was extremely nice and my boyfriend said he got great customer service when he ordered them. Sidelines created a lovely arrangement.

We have been ordering from Sidelines for many years and they consistently deliver the most beautiful flowers and arrangements. I called yesterday for a Mother's Day delivery for today (time got away from me!) and they accommodated me with no problem. They even delivered first thing this morning so my mom will be able to enjoy her flowers at work all day! The arrangements are always seasonal, creative, full and use the freshest blooms. Plus, they have a cute storefront with some fun treasures. Highly recommend Sidelines!

Called from out of state to have flowers delivered to local hospital. They were able to take my order and get there the same day, with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! Those only flower retailers are hardly ever reliable and I am so glad I found this local shop. Anytime I need flowers in KC, I will definitely use them.

If you do not want a run of the mill, pulled from a stock photo arrangement please use Sidelines! I had seen their work before on display at Coffee Girls in Waldo and the arrangements where always gorgeous and one of a kind. So when I wanted to send flowers to a co-worker in KC I knew exactly who to call! They were so easy to work with (I called the order in from Portland, OR) and because I knew of the quality of their work I just gave them a budget and let them have complete control of the arrangement and they did not disappoint! Any time I need to send flowers in the KC area I will for sure only use Sidelines, and you should to!

Kelsey was amazing for our wedding. She came up with creative designs. I'm not much of a flower person per say, meaning I couldn't name one to save my life. So I wasn't helpful AT All. Regardless, she created this design for our wedding that was out of this world. Everyone commented on how amazing our floral arrangements were and my bouquet. She rocked it and was so helpful. I would recommend a thousand times over.

I used to love this place. They have gorgeous flowers and beautiful home items. So, of course, when my father died I wanted to "shop local" and support this business. I went in person and when I told them what I wanted and what I needed it for, they were completely all-business and displayed not one ounce of sympathy. When I had a few questions about my order, another woman appeared and (also unsympathetically) answered in a condescending manner. If I'm going to spend nearly a thousand dollars, the LEAST thing I expect is customer service that respects what I'm going through.
