Shoal Creek Driving Range and Batting Cages

My husband loves coming out to the range to work on his swing, while de stressing from the work week. We love how close to home the range is, and the affordability. The range and course are always very well maintained.

This place is a decent place if you need to get some shots up. I wished there were lights throughout the whole driving range so you can tell where your ball lands when it's dark outside. I recommend visiting this location while the sun is up.

Decent facility to get some practice in on your golf game. Lots of different options on sizes for buckets of balls and they offer artificial grass mats to hit off of or real grass to hit from or use a tee. The little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant. Since it's right down the street from my house I plan on being a repeat customer.

I had a bad experience at this location. I needed to test my clubs on grass so I stopped there because of their large grass fields. They had closed half of the grass bays and the other half was dirt because of overuse. I do not know why operators could not move the ropes to the grassy area. There was over 30 yards of fresh mowed grass in front of the bays. I was there between 5 and 6. Will try Tiffany, Hodge or Shoul Creek GC next time.

Every time I go here trying to get my kids some time in the cages there's an issue. The place is overpriced to begin with but it's one of the few places in the area to hit live pitching. Staff is unfriendly and inattentive.

My husband and I come here a couple times a week for the driving range and love it! It's easy to find, well maintained, the staff is awesome and is priced well. They are open late so you can use the batting cages or hit a few golf balls even if the mood strikes you in the evening. We've never had a problem with it being overly crowded or really anything negative for that matter. I see people of all levels and since I'm just a beginner, I definitely don't feel out of place which is nice.Just a FYI, since I know many people who enjoy an adult beverage while golfing, alcohol is not allowed. Not a big deal but just thought I'd mention it. Spend some time out here, you won't be upset!

batting cages quit working and wasted two tokens, when I told the kid in the booth, all I got was ok thanks for letting us know. not even hey let me come fix that for you, hey here is two tokens back nothing. thanks and say back down. so here I am leaving with 7 unused tokens because the machine isn't working and gives neither is the staff‍

Close to home but not impressed. Poorly ran and they could learn something from visiting some other places where people enjoy their visit.

It's a great place to go and hit golf balls and baseballs I definitely would recommend going here
