We came here for a late night snack. The prices were good- $1.99 for vanilla or chocolate in a single kiddie scoop, but they were out of the chocolate for the night (whaaat). You could add an extra topping (or a few for a little bit more). I opted for the vanilla with blackberries (healthy with a side of custard). Others in our party opted for the Oreo topping. The lines were short and they had outdoor seating that was a little dirty (covered in sprinkles and topping bits). Overall, it was good and a nice, light portion. 2022 #30

Was so excited to come here as we don't have Sheridans near us anymore. Got a concrete mixer with two add ins and only received one of the add ins. I guess I'll stick to Andy's

There's nothing FROZEN about this custard. This is now the second time that I've needed a straw to eat my sundae or concrete. Get it right guys- you may not be around for long with SOUP like this. Absolute waste of my $. Dare I say it?? Andy's custard is about 10 mins from this location- go there instead.

Worst business ever I've shown up multiple times an hour before close and they tell me they're out of custard maybe not turn off your machines so early. I feel bad for the owners because of lazy teenagers who don't want to work losing money on them worthless brats

First off, these kids need an adult manager. The kids are rude, ignore customers, have no training, can't comprehend the simplest of common sense actions, spent most of the time talking and goofing off and not serving customers. The girl taking our orders was completely lost, I asked if she was new and she rolled her eyes at us and said no, then closed the window on me and walked off. I posted a short video of some of the kids goofing off, if I had thought of it earlier you would have seen the whole crew standing around talking and laughing and not doing anything. Whil there was a line at the window being ignored and tons of people and a long line of cars waiting for thier orders. The only person who seemed to be trying to do her job was the girl working the cars. Simple things like ordering water was mind glowingly complex for them. My son (in his 30s) ordered two bottles of water, 15 minute later he had to ask for them, why didn't they just hand them to him when he placed the order instead of wasting time? Then 5 minutes later they call his name, because his water bottle order was ready!Last, they place is all windows, so you can watch them make your treat, bad idea here since you can see everyone not working, and worse, the place is a mess. Trash everywhere, dripping stuff all over, messy machines, its just a mess. Compare this to an Andy's Kopps, or Culver's which are all spotless and run like fine machines. Ok, so some of this horrible service, lack of training, and really bad and inefficient work would be excusable if the custard was good. It wasn't. Everyone's order was runny and thrown together in a sloppy way, cups were sticky and covered in colors and bit from other peoples orders. I ordered the Mango Tango Sunday which had roasted salted pecans on it. The nuts were the only thing worth eating. The mango bits did not tase like mango and the watery syrup was just that, watery sugary syrup. The custard did not have that rich eggy flavor a good custard should have. So don't bother with this place, a couple streets up is an Andy's, far better custard quality and a well trained staff. I have to guess people come here because they don't know what good custard or service is supposed to be like or maybe they've been coming for a long time and it was once good. Management and the owners need to start showing up and teach these kids how to act, basic customer services skills, and common sense efficiency or process improvement.

Sheridan's is close to our home so our children go there for convenience at times. They like the options at Sheridans and enjoy custard. It is not my personal favorite but I don't usually indulge as much. I will say that since being under new management it is decently better than in the past. The service has improved too. I think their prices are definitely not as good as other places. We got some last night. I ordered a mini and it was $3 for two little bites of ice cream. I was really disappointed. I can go to another place nearby and do a mini which is $1-2 and get at least 10 bites.

After a long week of work the team was pretty tapped out and didn't want a drink. But I had to celebrate somehow. I chose the 'Muddy Pothole' Concrete and pulled up in the parking spots next door and shamelessly went to work with two other cars next to mine doing the same. Once you get past the first layer, stir the chocolate syrup in to really muddy it up.

Things have gotten way better over the years. I'm sure COVID didn't help them of course. Line in drive thru has gotten faster so it seems like the employees have improved with their speed of orders. I love coming here as a treat!

The custard is pretty good. It's creamy, like a mousse, and good chocolate flavor. It's not quite as good as Andy's, and better than Culver's. Unfortunately, their waffle cone ruins the experience. The waffle cone is flimsy and soft and flexible, not crisp. Even worse, there is nutmeg or some other spice in the cone batter that combines poorly with the chocolate custard flavor. If they had a good waffle cone, I'd give them 4 stars.

This location is supposed to close at 10pm, and they were closed early by the time we got there. This is why your locations keep closing down, because your employees are absolutely terrible and don't care to put in the work at their jobs. This is why you keep losing customers and business. Learn how to run a business, and then maybe you can keep one.
