I was the easiest sale possible. I called to see if they had a scooter I wanted, they said yes. I bought said scooter. They gave me an 11 year old owners manual for a 2020 scooter, never said thank you for my business and forgot to order a part it was missing for months and months. They mailed the title to an old address because I never told them to mail it because I was waiting for the part and Id pick them both up. Terrible communication between their departments. Kayla in parts is trying to remedy this situation. She is the competent and polite employee, so far. Thank you, Kayla.

Kyle in service took this up from a 1 star review. Kyle was knowledgable, fast with the repairs and made me want to come back again. I'd trust them with anything I can't do myself.Their sales department however... go elsewhere or stick with FB marketplace or craigslist. Highly unprofessional over on that side.

I have been looking at a variety of ATV / utility vehicles and found one in particular on the website of the establishment that I was interested in. I called yesterday to ask if the item was still in stock and was told by a gentleman who was in the finance department that it was. I was on the website at the time and we verified the specific item and advertised price as well. He told me that the vehicle would be out and ready to look at, which it was, and also stated that he would give the my name and the information to the sales people. I stopped by today to look at the vehicle after unfreezing the specific credit bureau site he told me the would utilize regarding my financial status as well as checking online to make sure it still appeared available, which it did. When I arrived no one seemed to know who I was or why I was there. The young man who showed me the unit was friendly enough, but when I asked if I could drive it around the lot he said that was not allowed due to company policy. I mentioned that I would want to at least take it for a spin before I actually bought it and he mentioned that he would have to get such a request ok'd from a manager. We then went inside to talk about the price and the price that was presented to me was $500 dollars higher than the price on the online ad per their website. The sales manager told me that I was mistaken regarding the price. As I sat there I distinctly remembered talking the day before on the phone with the finance person as well as looking at the price immediately prior to leaving home to go to the dealership. To add to that there were license and title fees, even though the item isn't able to be licensed, as well as administration, transportation and assembly costs. I might add that I printed off the information from the website the day prior and still have it. When I returned home the price indeed had been changed on the website, the price $500 higher than the price on the information printed yesterday from the site on the paper currently in front of me. I was actually forewarned by a few people to not get my hopes up regarding what to expect. As much as I try to utilize local establishments as much as possible, I have to say that I'll not recommend them nor purchase anything from them. I'd like to add that the I believe the highest form of protest is to withhold your money from vendors you feel uncomfortable with. That and word of mouth count for quite a bit. The flip side is to praise the establishments that you feel not only comfortable with when spending your hard-earned cash but doing so with the hope that they'll be there next time you visit.

As a new bike rider, I decided to take a trip to Shawnee Cycle Plaza for help. From start to finish, these guys were awesome. They walked me through the steps of getting my endorsement, and showed me a couple bikes I might like. After getting my endorsement, Jake had the bike I wanted all prepped and ready and made the process extremely easy. I couldn't recommend the service and experience I received from Shawnee Cycle Plaza any further. They also delivered my new motorcycle to my house free of charge, as I was not comfortable taking Shawnee Mission Parkway home as my first ride out on public roads.Thank you guys!

So after I put out a negative review management reached out to me. My bike is fixed and I am sorry it took a negative review to get action. If you are going to buy a motorcycle from them then get a bike that they sell new so that you can get services on it.

Went to look at a used bike that I had saw on Facebook Marketplace. The first salesman did not seem to know anything, so I eventually ended up with Jake and later talked to Dave. Jake talked extensively about how they carefully examine the bikes and there are no as-is sales ect. I showed Jake the rear tire that had splits from dry rot and would be unsafe to ride. I wondered how it passed by there careful inspection process for the four weeks it's been for sale. Jake said they would replace the tire but that would be a game changer in the price, whatever that means. Later I talked to Dave who explained that the reason the prices are above retail, and they can charge so many extra fees, is due to lack inventory, and they can take advantage of it. Very typical dealer experience.

I want to start off by saying I think you can genuinely have a good experience shopping here because everyone is super friendly BUT I have to put an honest review of my situation and in my case I wanted a bike that had no pictures on the website so I called and verified with one of the employees that they had the bike I wanted, and they held it for me until I could make the 3hr drive over but when I made the drive as planned with a employee they didn't have the bike I ordered. There wasn't much of an attempt to mediate the situation so I ended up having to walk away with a different bike, and with 6hr round trip, having to settle with a different bike doesn't feel good. I'm very understanding that accidents do happen, we are humans after all but no attempted was made to fix my situation that they messed up. Not to mention the prices are on the high side for everything. My $4600 will end up costing me between $8000-$9000 when it is all said and done.

We would highly recommend NOT using these folks for any repairs. The lack of communication between the folks working there is so poor our CF Moto sat there for three weeks without being touched. They tore it apart Trying to figure out what the problem was and in doing so Damaged and broke the side panels. Changing their estimate twice to fix it we decided to not use them. They told us they would get it put back together. When we picked it up there were over 100 parts Handed to us. Bolts, srews, damaged plastic fenders, It was one of the most terrible experiences we have ever had with any type of business like this. We have many Four wheeler's, side by sides etc. and would never ever recommend this company for repairs. It was sad picking up our Moto in that shape and be charged for the mess they left it in. Absolutely no excuse.

Went there looking at a 2016 victory that they were selling for $15,583.went there told them needed information to send to bank so they just put price not much more information like taxes ect.bank came back and said worth around $12,000 plus .went back and told them they figure out came up with wrong information.they came back with $13,460. I said ok since more reasonable than $15,583.go back and try to get things finalized.so I asked them again give me everything for bank again they did not want to.thought I was strange.bought many car and bike said ok.they wanted to send directly to bank I give them the fax number leave to get ready to finalize and pick up. then the bank call me telling me they sent $15,583 and other fees then I realized the jake character was not honest and trying to pull a fast one.call him back.told him what happened?we agreed on price then he starts giving me poppycock say ing that paper I got at the bank and not them.if a man is not honest he is worthless.if he made a mistake so have been a bigger man and said he made a mistake yet he did keept try to spin everything.then he tried to scare me say another person is getting it unless I put a deposit.so I told him to go ahead and sell since didn't want to waste anymore time since been visiting them from topeka.be careful anybody dealing with them .be forewarned.and if you do just remember that tried to warm you .yet you will finally be the judge.will never waste my time and buy anything there ever again.
