Server, Emily disappeared and had to ask another waitress to find her so I could get my check.Once Emily showed up she was rude and told me I was interrupting her dinner.I asked for a receipt and she checked out two other tables before she came back with my receipt.I was very disappointed and will probably not be back.

I don't know about you, but I'm always on the lookout for a great Philly Cheesesteak in the Midwest. Sad to say, the Pickin's are quite slim in my neck of the woods. I'm still trying to make it to Philadelphia to eat the best one there, but so far, I've only made it to Pittsburgh...oh, soooo close...The best I can do for my region of the planet is Sharks Restaurant and Billards. Upon the suggestion of an extended family member I rolled up to check it out. What a huge establishment with tons of space housing pool tables and big screen TV's everywhere! There is also a nice restaurant area and bar. Wow, what a treat! The server was chipper with a great personality. I ordered a regular Philly vs the spicy one and a house salad. The Philly was sooo good. The beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese were delightful! Omgudness, I've thought about it often since I left. The Lord willing, I've GOT to make it back for another one. The staff welcomed me and told me to come back. Other customers were friendly and one even jumped in a picture that was being taken of me. What could I say? I graciously let him in. The ambiance is fun and relaxing and a great date night spot. There were people shooting pool and I know some were regulars. Oh and the menu has quite a variety with daily specials. They have appetizers, comfort food as well as down-home cooked meals/dinners. What a delight! Want a great place to shoot pool or watch a sporting event with plenty of space and excellent food? Sharks Is The Place! Where have I been all of my life? So glad I gave them a try. My new Philly spot for sure...better late than never, huh?!

So I looked at the reviews before I went to Sharks, and it had me a little nervous because there were lots of opportunities around the service. I went specifically for a reunion and just in our group alone, there were probably over 30 people, and the establishment still had it regular business on a Friday evening. I got there a little after 6 pm, and a large portion of my party were already there, and their drink orders had already been taken. Shortly after getting there, my drink order was taken. We ordered appetizers, jalapeno popper dip, mini burritos, loaded mushrooms, and wings. My sister ordered their KS strip. Considering how busy it was, our waiter came over pretty often to make sure we were OK even though they were slammed. The food came out hot and can I tell you for "bar" food, it was amazing!! I am so mad at myself for not taking pictures. Go for yourself if you want to play pool and eat some good food and I hope your service is as good as mine was.

A fun way to enjoy the night. Great drinks , wings are great and the service is great. We had Brittany and she was perfect. But Erick the manager was amazing

Came to play pool with my sons at7pm.I've been in APA/ BCA/ and 9 ball leagues, and always enjoyed playing just about every place. This one took the cake! Had a manager come up and lie to my face 2 times! He told me kids weren't allowed past 9, and that I can understand. But to say he came around at 8, and told everyone was a lie! Which I called him out on, and then he changed his story to he said it over the speakers! I was there with another dad and son; and they didn't hear anything either.We had to leave our food, and drinks half eaten. As, we were told to leave immediately! Funny, it was only 8:50 and we supposedly had 10 min!!I will never visit this place, and I would hope the leagues would change locations for tournaments. Otherwise, I will be a no show for anything at that place with liars and rude staff!Props to our waitress, who apologized continuously for the way we were treated.

The food here is good but my biggest complaint is when people reserve both areas for an event. We came here specifically to shoot darts but not allowed to since ALL of the dart boards are in both areas!! And what makes it worse is NO ONE is using those dart boards!! Why tf do you not put at least a couple of dart boards in another area in case you run into situations like this?! Fucking stupid af! Now we have to go to Side Pockets just to shoot darts.

Booked a reservation at sharks for a birthday party of 10-12 people. When we arrive the space was reserved and ready. We had one server through the night but she was on it! Drinks and food were timely, she was kind and honest when bringing the checks about the added gratuity, which is rare from my experience. The food was so good which was a surprise for a pool hall. So good and the prices were extremely reasonable. Will be back when we are in the area

I love this place I've been coming here for years it's my favorite spot the bartenders and waitresses are always super nice to me and remember my drink order when u come back. There are a lot of tables and dart boards just make sure there's not a tournament

Great place to stop by and play pool and grab a drink with some friends. It is pretty busy on week days due to their pool league but our server was amazing super friendly and funny and kept us entertained!

The manager changed the bar clock to be 15 minutes ahead and told people they had to leave. The door said they close at 1:30a.m and the manager started knocking in pool balls that people paid for at 1:11a.m. 21 degrees outside and would not let people wait inside for their rides. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
