We bought 2 chairs and a couch by American Leather last year from Seville. We love them and get so many compliments on the pieces. Rochelle helped us pick the leather colors and grade of leather that was most appropriate for our home. When the leather on the couch cushion started to wear badly in one spot we called Seville, who sent Gil out to look at it. He submitted a warranty claim for us with American Leather and they agreed to replace the cushion. We appreciate the effort they made take care of their customer and stand behind the American Leather brand.

I went to Seville Home looking for living room furniture. They pretty much only have high end (expensive but not necessarily high quality) furniture. Many pieces I saw weren't solid wood and had MDF components. Even with special sale prices the price was very high. They mainly have traditional, modern and transitional styles. Also not very interesting.

"Sears" level customer service at "Nordstrom" prices and quality. Happy to pay extra if it means that the business will go the extra mile to keep its customer happy. That's not what we experienced at Seville Home. After dropping a significant amount of money for 5 items in June, we were shocked to have only 2 of the 5 arrive correctly. One was ordered incorrectly (designer issue) and two were damaged. It's been over four months since the delivery, and we are still awaiting a solution for one remaining item. Both the designer and manager have been terribly delayed in their responsiveness. No apology. No solution. Nearly no contact. Sorry, Seville, but if you were hoping to inspire a repeat customer, you lost out on this one.

I have been using Seville Home for over 10 years and have updated my house with new furniture often. I don't even bother looking anywhere else because I know everything I need is at Seville. Carrie McColgan has been a lifesaver in helping me pull everything together each time. She has great ideas and great vision. She helped me furnish a vacation house in AZ and everything was perfect. I did everything here and shipped a whole house to AZ! Like I said...why go anywhere else!

We had a very good experience with our designer, Kimberly Moussa, from Seville Home. She had great ideas which we implemented. That is a service I am willing to pay for because I do not have an eye for decorating.Unfortunately, we did have a problem - the color on our desk top started flaking off. I contacted Guardsman and their response was vague and worthless. I used to be a big fan of Guardsman and their fabric protector, but I think they have gone downhill in standing by their product; basically a waste of money. I contacted the furniture manufacturer who also claimed no responsibility for their product. Finally, I contacted Gil Urenda, Operations Manager, with Seville Home and he took the time and effort to review and look into the problem. Gil provided excellent customer service and came up with a great solution! In summary, I liked the design work and loved the customer service Gil provided.

We have shopped at Seville for the last 3 years. Our representative is Elizabeth, and she is fantastic! When we were designing a certain living area in our home she came over early on a Saturday morning to take pictures and measurements. Later she showed us various drawings with creative placement of furniture. She took photos of a few of our rooms and then sent me emails and text messages of new furniture pieces as they come in the store. She never wastes our time and delivers exemplary service! When we go into the store they have a small area with movies and toys for kids, which helps with our 4 year old. I love that Elizabeth communicates with me how I like to be communicated with - email/ text. I love the furniture that Seville showcases, even though I have to admit - I price check them often. They are expensive. I, sometimes, find the same product for less at NFM but most times I don't.I recommend Seville and the ladies that work there - especially, Elizabeth. They go above what is expected.

This company is a joke. They do not meet order commitment, have poor quality, and fail to execute on delivery dates. The one star is for Monica, she was wonderful. She just works for a joke of a company with shoddy craftsmanship and over priced furniture. We got taken for a $9000.00 ride. This will be our last purchase.After spending $9000.00 on a couch and two chairs I can tell you that this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've been involved in for some time. The couch and two chairs were ordered on September 28th with the hope to have them in time for Thanksgiving. Got the couch, great condition, undamaged, and just how we wanted it. Monica, our sales person, was awesome. Now for the chairs..allegedly back ordered due to a supply issue with the leather. Well, they came in last week, finally and we went to pick them up on 12/9. The company that did the fabric on the cushions for the chairs sewed the pattern of the fabric inside out on the cushion so the pattern looks transposed. Who does this? Who does Seville Home Partner with? Obviously, not anyone that has quality at heart. Additionally, the chairs were delivered to Seville Home with torn fabric on the corner of one of the chairs. To date, we have paid for over over half our order, including one of the chairs. So, Seville Home has most of our money and we have 1/3 of our order. Monica, our sales representative has been incredible and awesome to work with during the entire process and we really appreciated all her work to get us the couch and chairs exactly the way we wanted them. On Sunday, 12/9, when the damage and backwards fabric was discovered we got to meet a "manager" named Joyce. Joyce was useless. We will receive no discount on our price for all of this headache she informed us and she had no answer as to how or when the damaged, incorrectly sewn fabric, would be fixed, replaced, or rebuilt. Joyce was EXTREMELY condescending with her tone, flippant about the damage, and provided ZERO solution or customer satisfaction. Joyce kept telling us that Seville Home stands behind it's manufacturers. What a joke. Ironically enough, my wife was looking at other items in the store and found a table she really liked. After this awesome experience we will never spend another penny in this store. My wife went to Nebraska Furniture Mart (where we have bought 80% of our furniture to date) and found the exact same table for $200.00 less. She bought the table last night from Nebraska Furniture Mart. Go to Seville Home if it's closer than Nebraska Furniture Mart. Find what you like, then call Nebraska Furniture Mart and you can probably get the exact same product for less money and from a company that will stand behind it's product and provide customer satisfaction.
