Can't tell you how quaint and festive the food is here! The Salsa is the best I've had in mid Missouri. Margaritas are the best for hundreds of miles. You better get here early or forget about it. Sergio's never fails. The food, the service, and the staff are all excellent in every way. If you want authentic Mexican food in a family friendly atmosphere then this is your place! Sergio is such an awesome guy, and his wait staff is superb. Have loved visiting all of his locations, especially his very first one way back in 2011. This place keeps you coming back for more. Definitely our most favorite place at the Lake!

In town for vacay of course & this place was near the grocery store. I suspect this is the main reason it's busy. Our party of 4 walked in were instructed by the cashier to put our name & party number on a notepad. He was new & claimed he had no clue as to the wait time. We watched a lady clean off several tables ...I attempted to ask a guy walking around who was the host/hostess. He just gave me the universal sign of wait a minute. A few parties were seated, few more left & we were seated after about 10-15 minutes. We ordered two pitchers of margs as we munched on chips & salsa. They have several flavor options of margs but we stay with the classic flavor. They were just ur typical margs but did have a decent amount of alcohol. I had just a tamal, as I am not a big eater. It was a decent tamal, good corn Mesa flavor & pork filling. The rest of the groupSeemed to like their meals. I'm not sure this place would compete with their personal service but people come For their margs as everyone were drinking some version or flavor of one.

We had a fantastic experience, prices were great for the quality and taste! The service was super fast. We ordered the fajita burrito and the fajita taco salad both were delicious!

Good food and great service. In town visiting from AZ and it held up well by comparison.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. They have thee locations, we prefer the one on HH for the ambiance. Service is very good and food was at our table before we could wipe out all the chips and salsa.

Waited 15 minutes to order my husband had to ask another server to get our server Mateo to take our order ridiculous to have to do that. I guess the soccer game takes precedence over waiting on your customersFood so spicy you cannot enjoy it. Consumers beware. This is a horrible place with horrible service

Totally crap order a stake shirmp fajita to go meat was severely under cooked pink everywhere wouldn't even call it a rare my pitbull wouldn't even eat it and she eats everything I wasted my money for nothing I go to Applebees or chilis if I want another fajita

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to I've traveled a lot around the world and this place is unbelievable I recommend it.

The carne asada tacos were great. The staff are friendly and on top of the service. They also had tvs with champions league soccer on. When I'm at the lake I make it a priority to stop in.
