See More Signs

I wanted a sticker of a particular guitar with a well known classic rock band logo over the guitar neck. I wanted the guitar sticker to be full scale, the same dimensions as the actual guitar. I wanted this sticker and logo to be the center point of attention on the hood of my vinyl wrapped fun car. I first emailed the description and artwork to the owner of See More Signs. The owner replied saying that they could make a sticker of a full scale guitar and could do that in a few days. He gave me a price quote. A few business days later he sent me the artwork of the guitar and logo. The guitar and logo looked good but I needed the size of the guitar to be another half inch wider at the bottom of the guitar, another half inch wider in the middle of the guitar and the logo to be 2 inches wider and have at least another inch in height. I mentioned all this in my first email. The only revision made was they added some height to the logo. I emailed him back explaining revisions still needed to be made and I was told that their designer had several projects in front of mine but he would get back with me soon. About two weeks later I received what was supposed to be the revised artwork but nothing had changed! The dimensions were still the same so I went in to the store a few days later and the owner told me he had time to revise the dimensions while I was there. I stood right next to him as he revised the dimensions on his computer. Everything looked great, I was glad that I went in the store to make sure the revisions were made. I paid a partial payment for the sticker and left happy, believing the sticker and logo were going to be the exact dimensions that I needed them to be. A week later they called me to say the sticker was ready to be installed on my car. I drove there excited that this was finally going to be done but when I saw the sticker I quickly realized that the dimensions of the guitar and the logo had not be revised. The revised dimensions were not saved! It had been at least 4 weeks by this time since I first emailed them and the weather was beginning to get colder so I allowed them to put the sticker on my hood which I shouldn't have. They did an excellent job installing the sticker on the hood of my car but I was not pleased about the dimensions being inaccurate. The height of the guitar looks good but the width looks like crap, it's too thin or narrow. It may be "close enough" but I paid $236 for this sticker so "close enough" doesn't cut it. To them, that's not much money for a project, I know they take on much bigger projects from local businesses that earn them thousands of dollars, so I believe the issue why they screwed up my project was because they didn't care about my project, it was low priority being only $236. To me, $236 is a nice size chunk of money for a guitar sticker that turned out to be a waste of time, effort and money because it's simply not accurate. I emailed the owner a day later to let him know that I wasn't pleased about the sticker and logo dimensions not being correct and asked why the revised dimensions weren't saved. He didn't reply. He might not have read my email. I don't know. I chose See More Signs because they were close by to where I live at. I didn't take the time to find out if there was another sign company close by to me. I should have. I don't know why the location says "San Francisco" underneath my name at the top. I live in Kansas City.

They came through for us in record time. Out of town company needing help quickly and they didn't hesitate. Excellent quality, excellent pricing and excellent service. I highly recommend.
