Save the Fish Vegetarian Sushi

I love this place! I've ordered 3-4 times and it's always fantastic! It's just overly fancy but it's also not grocery store sushi.

Delicious vegetarian sushi. All the roles are great.I'm excited to see what new rolls they come up with next.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm happy to eat that way, and love what it does for the planet's health. I ordered pickup on DoorDash and walked in to find that it's actually just Sushi Karma- a good little sushi joint that I've been ordering a lot from lately. Weird that it would be listed as two separate businesses on Yelp and DoorDash, but here we are. I had a seaweed salad, veggie "dragon" roll, and a roll with avocado and shiitake. Dragon was good and had a variety of veggies, avo/shiitake roll was... An avo/shiitake roll. Ingredients were fresh and they offered options for ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, tamari, eel sauce and vegan mayo (the last of which I was not much of a fan)- instead of giving you a ton of wasabi/ginger that you didn't ask for.As much as I love the "Save The Fish" message, they did give me my food in styrofoam. They also included utensils when my DoorDash request was to NOT have utensils, since I have reusable ones in my car (I'm a tree hugger, what can I say). Personally, I feel that styrofoam is a bigger threat to our planet than eating fish, but hopefully they can switch to compostable takeout containers to really drive the message home.Next time I'll opt for the fish rolls, but I commend the effort, and like I said all the veggies were very fresh.

This is not a vegan restaurant(it's a "virtual restaurant" from a non-vegan place). I was fine with ordering from it but the two times we ordered gyozas, they contained pork. We don't eat pigs & lots of people don't for various reasons like pork allergies, ethics, & religion. That being said.. the sushi & other items from here and their main restaurant have been good. If they addressed the non-vegan issue(others have had the same problem) with this and their vegan Thai restaurant, I'm sure they'd get a lot of happy vegan customers.

Terrible sushi. I am a vegetarian since birth and this was the worst sushi I have ever had. Thick layer of sticky rice made it so chewy. Peanut avacado sushi was filled with peanut butter which made it worse. Was impossible to eat.
