Going back after a few months has helped due this spot some good, pancakes were great and fluffy and the biscuits and gravy felt way improved.Ultimately this is a spot I like enough to go again to, I think the big points of emphasis would be better flavor on the sausage gravy, crispiness of the hash browns, and more of a softer scramble on the eggs should you want that Service like last time was awesome and welcoming. .

This is a little hole in the wall cafe. It may look small from the outside however it is quite large on the inside. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Everyone is very welcoming from the time we got there to the time we left. Our breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious. We will definitely be returning customers!

Admittedly, in the middle of a 14-day, 4000-mile road trip we've had our share of not great experiences, but this wasn't one of them. We were VERY happy with the Santa Fe Cafe. From the service to the food, to the cleanliness, to the everything; we had a great experience. My dad had an egg scramble, hubs had the club sandwich that looked awesome - his review matched. My sister, one of the pickiest eaters I know, raved (I don't remember what she had). I enjoyed the chicken fried steak (my fav and a go-to for me) which was flavorful, cooked to perfection. We'd go back if it fit into our short time here. Not fancy, just simple, home-cooking done really well.

I went here for a late breakfast with a group of 5. We were seated quickly but there were long waits to order and to get the food. I think there was only one server for all tables at the time. The eggs were good, not overdone and the bacon was the perfect amount of crispy. The pancake was a bit tough and hard to cut into pieces but tasted fine. Everything was just fine, I don't plan on stopping by again though.

I went to Santa Fe Cafe a few years ago and we had a less than ideal encounter. Last weekend we went again and there was a total 360 in our experience. I'm not sure if this business changed ownership or what implementations were made, but we were all very impressed. We were met with a friendly greeting when we arrived, good service, amazing food, and appreciation upon leaving. This is definitely going to be a new breakfast tradition when we are in the area. If you want a recommendation, the Taos Breakfast Tacos were AMAZING! We also had a cinnamon roll to share as an appetiser to bring out before our meal and it was very good. So glad to see a change for the better with this restaurant!

The food was okay, it was like eating at an IHOP. I guess I was expecting a little more local flair or at least that's why my daughter and I chose to visit. The food wasn't bad it just had a commercial chain feel rather than a local family owned feel. The server was friendly and other staff that we interacted with were friendly.

I thought i should check this place out instead of going to Ronnie's. Pictures looked good so why not? We arrived around 8:30am. First impression was, wow nice looking place. Then they sat us next to the front windows when the restaurant was 90% empty. Came from a warm car so didn't notice how cold it was a first. Frozen by time we left. Food looked ok and the carb offerings were good but eggs were dry. Food was bland. The scrambles should be called hash brown skillets. Not much of the dry eggs on the hash browns. The best part was the service was quick so we got out fast. Going back to the usual spot, there's a reason they have a wait.
