I don't know how the actual trail is, all I can speak to is the customer service portion of attempting to schedule a trail ride.First, you have to text a number to request a reservation (Only on Saturday or Sunday). But it could take 24 hours to get a response, you know after you text again.If you email them they say "You have to deal with 8166741278 we don't book trail rides via email""we only do a few rides a weekend weather permitting, we have regular full time jobs,a family and travel."Umm what? If you don't have time to run a business, then Don't Run a Business" Is this a hobby?And of course when they finally respond after multiple attempts you get the "I don't have anything available" text.Like you couldn't have told me that yesterday? You couldn't have helped me yesterday? Was I interrupting your day by being a cuistomer?Cool, it's just something you do in your pastime? Well I do this in my pastime!

Great place for a trail ride and holding an event. Renovations are gorgeous. Amy was a great trail boss and made the trail fun. Beginner to advanced riders will find this a great place to ride.

I recently took my 6th grade Girl Scout troop there for a trail ride. Amy was amazing with the girls. She was more than willing to answer all their questions about riding and horses. She made sure they were all comfortable with the horses before heading out on the trail ride with them and several of them had never rode before. All the girls were more than happy with their experience.

We had the most amazing time today at Saddle Creek. Amy took us on an hour long trail ride as a surprise for one of our best friends. Not only was she so sweet, she also went out of her way to schedule a ride for us on her holiday (Labor Day) weekend when they were closed. The property was awesome and exactly what we were looking for. They recently renovated their indoor space and it would be great for all sorts of events. It was really cool to talk to Amy about her life & learn all about the horses. I can't recommend Saddle Creek enough, plus it was one of the best prices compared to other locations in the KC area. We are definitely going to come back!!

Do NOT board your horse here! We reserved a paddock and stall for our horse as we drove him cross country. We arrived to dangerously small stalls with ankle level glass windows and no paddocks. The owner wanted us to keep our horse in a 30x30 round pen with a rusty old hot walker inside it. The horses there are skin and bones and standing in 3 feet of their own waste! There was literally no place on the property where you could safely keep a horse overnight. The owner clearly thinks of himself as an equestrian, but it is obvious that he does not know what he is doing. When we called the Humaine Societu, they expressed that they were well aware of this place.

Amazing venue. Wheelchair accessible! Pretty easy to get around. Amazing food. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.

The guy was very disrespectful towards all of my family. This is not the place to do any kind of events. Facilities are not nice what so ever either.. Would not recommend to anyone. There are also no camper hookups. We had to buy a generator just to stay there. Plan accordingly if you decide to go there...
