I drive from Kansas City to Louisburg to get parts for my machines as well as advice from their service area personnel. They're very generous with their time and have been nothing less than open and friendly each and every time I've visited, including times when I'm doing nothing more than looking at different new equipment. My most recent purchase was a small Kubota tractor bought from an individual. Their service personnel have been generous regarding information regarding adjustments and maintenance items I perform on my own. I plan on taking my newest tractor to Louisburg within a few weeks to have it checked out before I begin using it in earnest. I feel that everyone I have spoken to at Romans truly cares about me getting the best I can from my equipment. My brother also purchases all of his parts from the same location, driving from the Merriam/Shawnee/Overland Park area for parts for the tractors he uses within his own company in lieu of using the Kubota dealers closer to us. I truly believe they all are well versed with Kubota products both current and older.

Worst service I've ever had. You walk in and get a cold shoulder no body says anything till you stand there for awhile. Took my chainsaw in told me two weeks but had it ready same day, great. Spent about fifty bucks. Got it home fired it up ran for five minutes and kept dying. Took it back week later they called said it was fixed. Picked it up and paid about eighty bucks now I've spent 130 bucks. Figured it would run like new, it didn't. It ran for five minutes and wouldn't stay running. I took it back they said it needed a new carburetor assembly only fifteen bucks for that so I said go ahead. At this point I've paid in repairs as much as a new one would cost. When I picked it up they charged me another60 bucks or so. Got it home ran it for five minutes and it won't stay running. I called them and they said did you read the invoice the choke is the problem and the choke can't be fixed. Just keep an eye on the choke and should be able to keep running. I spent nearly 200 dollars to fix it and never offer any other options and don't even bother to tell me until after I paid that it wasn't fixable

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Dave quoted me a tractor and for some reason refused to answer my emails about the height of the tractor so I could arrange shipping. After 3 emails finally called him he says they don't really take out of state customers serious is why he ignores them. Long story short he lost a sale and I lost some rebates while he wasted my time playing games.

I love having Romans outdoor power in Louisburg Kansas. Really good Kabota dealership. Bill in-service is fantastic. Very honest and answers all questions. Normally I get nervous to have service done other then by myself. I've had a number of things done that I feel really comfortable with in Bills service department. Thank you. I am super satisfied and highly recommend their dealership.

I have purchased 2 tractors from them in the last 4 yrs always been fair with me. I get all my stuff to do my maintenance there also. Just can't recall a bad experience.
