I've ordered numerous items from decoys to packs, and tons of all types of ammo. I live in California and they've been great. They keep the FFL paperwork on file to make it easier to order again and not have to provide FFL docs when shipped to the same place. And they're faster than anyone else I've ordered from. I've stopped ordering from Cabelas and Bass Pro altogether.My only wish is that I lived closer so I could go to the store in person!

I had a great experience with Rogers online. I found them while searching for ammo, which has been hard to find- online at least. Granted, I am new to the gun game, so not sure what things were like before, but I've heard it's scarce pickings these days and higher prices all around, and was not able to find what I wanted anywhere. Anyway, found Rogers and they had what I was looking for, and at a reasonable price (considering the times)! Shipping was fast and FREE for orders over $100. Yay!! I received my order within about 4 days, and received email updates regarding status. Thank you, Rogers Sporting Goods!! It was a pleasure doing business, and I'll def do it again!

My first pair of Rogers breathable waders lasted about 15 shoots in the refuge. Then they failed. The replacement ones they sent out to me at the end of the season were only utilized at the beginning of the next season and both legs below the knees and above the ankles leaked and the crotch leaked and they were absolutely worthless. Of course, the 12 month warranty had expired by then. They refused to do anything for me. I think these warranty replacement waders were defective initially. The sales person said well you should've taken them out to the pool to test them. I don't think I would have to test new waders. I would never recommend buying any of their waders ever. CUSTOMER BEWARE.Package containing $$$ gear was supposedly delivered by Fed Ex. Reached out to Fed Ex for support and LE and was told to go back to the Seller. Seller told me to go to Fed Ex. LE will not investigate property crime of this nature. Rogers is just going around in circles. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as if something goes wrong they will not assist and just let the customer have the loss.

Ordered a pair of waders (13King) and they were to big. So I picked "exchange them with correct size" when processing the return. Little did I know, they wait for the waders to return back to their facility and "inspect" them before spending the replacements. This was almost 9 days later when they received my return. I called up there and processed it as a return instead of a exchange, so hopefully they could get me the waders before my hunt (so now I'm 700$ deep on my credit card). The guy on the customer service line tells me were all good, and he was going to make sure the right size (13Stout) shipped the next day. Next day comes and unfortunately a storm hit, so everyone called into work and they don't have the staff to process the order, on top of FedEx not being able to pick up any shipments until Friday. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with Roger's anymore, as I am 700$ deep with them with not earthly idea when the right pair of waders will show. I will have to go spend $350+ somewhere else to get waders before my hunting. **BE VARY CAUTIOUS OF ONLINE EXCHANGES UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT WEEKS TO GET YOUR ITEM. **

I've had several bad experiences with Rogers Sporting Goods customer service, on two separate occasions decoys have showed up damaged and a pair of waders leaked right from the box. they never did a good job of making it right. I was gaslit and told that all waders leak and they couldn't find the leak before they finally found it. The fist set of decoys they took back but would not give me a refund only store credit. the second set they told me to keep and then over a week later changed their mind and said to send them back or they would not replace them after I had already bought a decoy bag and Texas rigs from them.its important to note everyone I've heard say they have good customer service is being paid by Rogers.

I loved this store because it had a huge amount of fishing lures and waterfowl decoys for a decent price. They also have a room dedicated just to bow hunting which was awesome. And a massive selection of leather boots to choose from. The employees were awesome and willing to help me find whatever I asked for. The only problem was I got scammed out of my money for deer corn. It was $13.99 for 1 bag of corn when you can get the same amount of corn for half the price at Walmart.

Rogers is known for hunting related merchandise. They should get equal recognition for their fishing selection. Lots of the types of fishing gear that you actually use. Some of it may seem pricey but when you consider the quality of the merchandise, your money ahead considering that it will last a lifetime. I'm retired and most everything has very affordable options even for me. Good stuff and I'll be back.Recommend for anyone who hunts or fishes.
