I would think twice before boarding your horse here! The owner and her daughter are very controlling of you and your horse and very condescending! They proclaim to have grass in the turnouts and in the 5 months I was there witnessed many times horses in the dry lots with NO Grass, NO water, NO Hay for 6-8hrs./day! In 90 degree weather too! Also you only have one option for Grain and Hay and are not allowed to bring or supply your own! Also when my horse was stalled could only have one bag shavings every 2-3 days which in my opinion is not enough for a stalled horse! And wasn't allowed to supply more shavings for my horse. Your not allowed to move any of your tack, supps, or anything in or around your horse's stall or you'll be yelled at or threatened! You get a very tiny space in the tack room and the stalls are tiny with just one tiny window for your horse to look out. You can't make any suggestions or change anything. Your always wrong and they are always right! If you need anything extra for your horse you will be charged out the ASS! So glad chose to leave!

Nice facilities, great people and Kim, the owner is very accommodating. We were temporary boarders while we moved/built a new barn. As those things often go the project went way over our original timeline. Kim was always happy to let us stay longer - never hesitating to help in anyway she could. Great folks.
