5 Star experience at Reno's. I spent hours on my bike trying to get it right but couldn't......so I took it to the pros. What I thought would be a lot more turned out to be less. Runs absolutely perfect and starts on the first crank. Has ran this good since I have owned it. I even brought my other bike in to have the 22yr old tires replaced.

After searching the internet for a reputable Vespa dealership we decided to take a ride to Reno's and we were not disappointed. Most dealerships like this are pushy and are just looking at the almighty commission. Reno's was absolutely not that location. The sales staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and were willing to take the time with us to answer the questions we had. At the end of the day we settled on our scooters and were again amazed with the finalization of the sale. Although they do have a wide array of options on the floor for immediate purchase, they also have the ability to order special editions. Not only does this location sell Vespa but they also are a Piaggo, CanAm, SeaDoo, and Ducati dealer just to name a few brands. If you are looking for a ATV, UTV, Vespa, or another option, make sure to stop by Reno's as you will absolutely pleased!!

I came out to Renos to return unopened, unused parts that I had purchased from them. They would not take the returns even though they were brand new, unopened, and still in package. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the owner to make this decision. Will not be coming back to this dealership. Will be shopping elsewhere for future parts and machine purchases.

I bought a red Vespa 2021 from this dealership on 6/18/2021 great customer service. The staff at this location in all departments was super friendly and professional also very knowledgeable. The guy who runs the business worked a great deal with myself. when shopping at this location the customer feels like they have control. From start to finish of this purchase every employee helped I came across also they was friendly and helpful. I live in St. Louis I will make the drive to this location for my next purchase thx to everyone who helped me including the young sales guy who jumped up when I walked in the door thx buddy.

Order a motorcycle jacket online and said shipping takes 3-7 days.10 days after I placed the order I called for status then told me that the jack was not available even before I placed my order, but no one in their office bothers to let me know. Did try to sell me a different jacket with the same price.The only plus was the fast refund.

The sales team at this place use there employees Facebook pages to flag bikes for sale on Facebook and they use there accounts to flag bikes for sale so they can sell there overpriced used bikes!!! These guys are the reason Craigslist is worthless and that Craigslist charges now.

The people at Reno's are nice enough, but they need to stick to only atvs, motorcycles and seadoo jetskis and NOT seadoo BOATS. We have been excited for about 2 years to buy the new seadoo Switch pontoon boat and this last April we were finally able to pull the trigger. The purchase process was fine, no issues. But the first months of owning our boat have been very unsatisfactory. The sales team and service department know basically nothing and I mean nothing about the boats. Zero. I know these boats have only been out 3 years, but the dealership has a responsibility to have their sales and service people know at least most of the things about the boat. The boat has a break in period of 10 hours, we were never made aware, there are known battery issues, which we experienced on our first trip out on the lake when we were without reverse because of a battery issue. Didn't tell us one thing about maintenance or care or operation of the boat. We were usually told to youtube things if we couldn't figure them out. After having the boat out once and having no reverse we took the boat back to the dealership where it was for 2 weeks, the service guy assured us our boat would be covered the entire time but it clearly was not when we picked it up. Anyways these guys may be great for bikes and jetskis but we have been dealing with the dealership in Osage beach for the last few weeks and if iou are looking for a boat I HIGHLY recommend looking there. Or at least seeing if they can teach you about your purchase so it can be taken care of properly.

Great team in the parts department. My bikes battery was too dead to jump in Martin City. Not only did they have the obscure sized battery I needed but they also drove it over to me so I wouldn't have to walk.
