Best and most honest shoe repair in town. Always keeps our shoes lasting longer and looking better than any other place we've tried because of a more convenient location. (Fairway shoe repair "lost" a pair of expensive boots after a week and did not replace, compensate, or offer to--please don't make the mistake of using their business).They also sell very nice men's dress shoes which are much higher quality than flashier brands.All around great store with nice and consistent service.

Awesome company. Best place in town to get your shoes repaired. A woman who works at Nordstrom recommended this place, and they've been great to work with. Friendly attitude, and fast turn around on shoes. Great prices too! He repaired my rag and bone booties and they look awesome. He's working on my Michael Kors pumps right now.

Fantastic local cobbler. The soles on my boots were worn out after 5 years of wear, after looking for a good repair shop I found Renner's. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful, showing me the different kinds of Vibram soles I could go with. He even gave some good advice on leather care and maintenance. Ended up picking a hearty lug sole to replace the original smooth textured sole. Had to special order the sole so the repair took a week, which I thought was exceedingly reasonable. Especially for the price. It's a LOT cheaper than you'd think to get a nice pair of work-boots resoled. The difference is night and day - have been wearing the shoes for months and I haven't had any problems. Would wholeheartedly recommend Renner's to anyone in need of shoe repair.

I have been repairing my heels here since I don't know when. I chose the place because of the location...I will always return to the Plaza at some point.They do a great job and are always straightforward about what they can and can't do. They are particularly good at replacing heels and heel caps. Also good putting a new sole on a favorite pair of shoes. Need some crazy sized shoelace? They have those too.

Absolutely fantastic service. Jeff is terrific - best shoe and boot man in all of the Midwest - for sure!!I've brought in my wife's heels - beat up, broken and wore out soles, straps broke, dog eaten - and worse (yes, I said worse) - and Jeff fixed every single one of them. The repair prices are the best in town. As for shoes and shoe accessories, they have a great selection at very reasonable prices. My wife and I highly recommend Renner's, we think Jeff is hands down the best shoe/boot guy!!!!!!

My go-to cobbler! Truly a master of his trade. He takes wonderful care of my designer shoes. On more than one occasion he had saved the shoes that were ruined or gave new life to a well-loved pair. I won't go anywhere else! Thank you so so much!

Left my 20 year old beat up hiking boots for resole, picked up a pair that he made look new again! Highest recommendation

Before I came I looked up reviews to make sure I will receive good service. I dropped of my Alexander McQueen Sneakers to have them professionally cleaned. I was charged almost ~$15 and when I got home the shoes were still dirty. Never removed shoe laces.

Good local store with nice helpful staff. Answer your questions truthfully without trying to upset you.

Got my favorite boots resoled- Renners was great! Boots look amazing and it was a quick turnaround time.
