Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Amazing Service and Experience!Today we came in for lunch expecting basic service, but we were completely blown away by the timing, food preparation, and overall experience. A gentleman named Matt went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Even though the restaurant was busy, he made sure we were comfortable, kept our drinks refilled, and even took care of our appetizer. His attention to detail and excellent service made our visit outstanding. Because of this experience, we'll definitely be coming back more often!

Service was spotty and was slow going with the bottomless fries. Other waiters seemed to check in much more frequently.I had a cheesy bacon fondue burger. The burger without the fondue tasted similar to a bacon cheeseburger from burger king, if not worse. Would've expected something a little better quality.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick bite to eat after shopping at the nearby Costco. I sat at the bar and ordered the blue burger. Although the bartender was not overly engaging, she did quickly get a basket of fries for me to eat while waiting for my hamburger. My burger cost &14.99 and came with endless french fries.I can't remember the last time I ordered a hamburger at a restaurant, but this one actually looked like the picture. For a fast, casual dining experience this hit the spot.

Took the kids for a bite during a very cold night as car was acting up and we were starving. We all had cheeseburgers with various different kinds of cheese, onions and or bacon. The fries kept us happy. Must remember to skip the onion rings in the future, just not necessary. Cheeseburgers and fries perfect.

Wow! We arrived on a weekend around 6:30p and there wasn't a long wait for a party of 6. The place was clean and the table was set with our napkins and utensils. After we opted to not have an appetizer, we placed our order. Our server provided a couple baskets of hot fries while we waited. Our drinks we kept filled, our burgers were cooked exactly as we ordered from medium to well done. The music was nice and not too loud. Thanks Tyler for excellent service!

Visited an old favorite for dinner and not disappointed on this visit at all. Of course you get those tasty fries while you're waiting for your sandwich. But the onion rings are amazing. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. There's plenty of places to sit for your meal, and our server took good care of us.

Food is always hot, fresh, and made to order. The waitstaff are almost always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our waitress tonight even got the bar to make me a cherry vanilla Coke! Sooo yummy!

I should have looked at my last review, I stopped in based on nostalgia.The server was nice, light on the bottomless fries, the option to pay at the table via the table kiosk was cool. The flavors have gone down over the years.I can't say I'd come back.

If you have never been to a Red Robin, you may not know of the endless steak fries and they are very good, which includes two different sauces which are excellent. We were greeted as we walked in and shown to our table. I noticed how neat and clean everything is. Our waitress, Ashley introduced herself with a big genuine smile. Ashley took our orders and quickly brought our drinks and steak fries. When our burgers and fish and chips arrived, they were cooked perfectly. All good tasted excellent. If you have a craving for burgers and fries, I highly recommend.
