I admired how hard the employees worked in please other customers surrounding the restaurant that was visible to me. They were extremely short staffed one server was training another with two party tables on top of her regular section. Everyone's food managed to come hot and ready. I was really impressed! Many time we as humans forget coming a business as a customers that life happens even behind the scenes of a restaurant/ other business although I was hungry the management also were in the kitchen helping cooking and checking on guest regularly. Craving seafood? Red Lobster is the place to be! My grandma and I stopped in for a late lunch today and were met with wonderful service. Our waiter, Evan, was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed! I got the pick two shrimp with garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, and mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. Very quiet inside, albeit a little chilly!

At 5pm with an empty parking lot we should have known better. The food is not good, doesn't even taste like it used too. The lettuce in salad old, cheddar bay biscuits hard, rice nasty and coconut shrimp not even close to what it used to be. This is our last time at what used to be one of our favorite places. We took a picture of the building as we were leaving because it probably won't be able to survive with what is happening. Save your tastebuds and money!'

The funny thing is that I always get a beef fillet and salad. It's so good and seasoned just right. I sit at the bar and the service is friendly and prompt. Ambiance is casual.

Sat down at 8 PM on Saturday night and place was empty. Got served our appetizer and biscuits with no plates so we used napkins instead. Waiter took order then left for 20 minutes before coming back. Had to ask for more biscuits, plates and refills. Food took longer than expected. Waiter never checked on us after we got our food. Food was not good. Other workers were sitting the booth doing each others hair while you could staff yelling at each other using profanity . This experience has made us not want to go back and for almost $100 for 3 people, not worth the price either.

This is a carry out order review! Grabbed a couple meals for my people since they enjoy the coconut shrimp here. I decided on the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and it actually was good! I thought it was a hefty amount especially for a lunch special. It was seasoned well and the sauce was thick and creamy! The biggest downfall was the soggy biscuits.... Not sure if it was an issue with that day or if that happens to all the to go orders. The order online and pick up was super easy and efficient.

Ultimate endless shrimp was what we ordered. It took about 40-45 minutes to bring out our first plates. Then, it took about 35 minutes to bring out 5 pieces of shrimp. Was not very packed for a Friday evening, we enjoyed that.
