Red Crab Boil

I've had a lot of seafood boils, but this one by far has been the best. From the freshness of the seafood to the sauce. Then even have lunch specials! Mines was $26 for one pound of crab, half of pound of shrimp (head off) I choose the sauce option that consists of all sauces mixed together. 10/10 I took my order to go and enjoyed it as if I dined in to eat it. They also have HH which of course is a plus for me! I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Definitely have been wanting to come here. Unfortunately the crawfish lacked flavor but the snow crabs were delightful.The fried oysters, were subpar. I could've gone without them. I will say - the lunch menu (shrimp, snow crabs, mussels etc) costs is nearly the same as if you were to go purchase these at the store & made at home. The regular menu costs (shrimp, snow crabs, mussels, etc) the costs is double what you'd purchase at store. I would say - coming for lunch would be well worth it.

Poor service, half the meal for our table of four was served, The remainder required getting up from the table, finding the correct wait staff and asking about the the remaining meals, one of the missing meals was brought to the table, had to repeat the process to get the redo of the orders to the table. The result is half of our party ate while the rest waited over 30 minutes for their food. Once the remaining items were delivered, (fried food) we found some food items tasted stale. The ambiance was very loud and because of the way the dining room is configured m, every time someone opened the door to enter or leave, a blast of 14 degree air blasted the patrons. As a result I ate dinner dressed like Kenny from South Park! Don't use their restroom (men's) fecal matter all over the toilet seat and handicapped grab batts and paper dispenser.

I saw good reviews on Yelp so we decided to go. This place is small. If you come, be prepared becagee it's small. We were seated and ordered our drinks. I had the usual unsweetened ice tea and hubs had a Long Island Iced Tea. They bith were good. Hubs ordered basically shrimp on shrimp on shrimp with corn and hard boiled eggs. I had the #7 and mixed the seasonings. It was really good! So much seasoning and it was so good. I'm sure we'll be back.

The food here is really fresh and flavorful. The service is super friendly albeit a little slow - I have to assume that is because everything is steamed fresh. We've been a few times and the food is always consistent. You can vary the flavor and spice level to your choosing. We only ever get the mild Cajun (my children love it). The boil bag is brought to your table where you open it and release all the steam. I am terrible at eating crab legs so it would be nice for someone to offer to show us how but that hasn't happened.

Super fresh and delicious! Really nice staff. The music that was playing was on point! Very enjoyable meal.

I am giving this restaurant a 4 because my husband said the shrimp are better than Red Lobster and as good as the fresh shrimp from the Alabama coast restaurants he has ate at. I do not eat sea food therefore the only choices for me are chicken strips or chicken nuggets. Therefore I have tried both and neither one are very good here. I think they over cook the chicken strips, they are usually very crunchy and tough. Since a majority of the people order seafood here they do not buy quality chicken strips or nuggets, is my assumption . I'm sure mostly kids order these and do not seem to mind. Although I feel little children would have a tough time eating the really crunchy strips. They do have good sweet potato fries though. My husband wishes the had coleslaw for a side. The wait staff is friendly and the place seems clean. I did not base the stars on my experience because it is a seafood restaurant and I have heard other people say the enjoyed the catfish and the shrimp boil there.

My husband loves the food (crawfish lover). I am not a seafood eater so I typically get the sausage, potatoes and corn mixed seasoning and medium heat. I don't feel that the sausage has any flavor and the spice/heat is pretty bland compared to everywhere I've had the same thing in Texas. Perhaps it's just the way people like it in MO vs TX. It's not bad and still worth the price, but I'd prefer a lot more flavor than what we get. My husband also gets medium and it's not spicy at all for him. The location is quite small and in direct sunlight so it stays very warm inside and they did run out of tables; we had to sit at the bar.

AMAZING! I'm an east-coast guy living in the Midwest who's been looking for a great place for fresh seafood (sorry Red Lobster) for over 6 years. This diamond in the rough exceeded my expectations. While the majority of the US can't even find a place that serves King Crab (due to supply and demand escalated cost), I found a place that not only has it but has it at a very reasonable price. I had 1/2 lb King Crab, 1/2 lb Snow Crab, and 1/2 lb of shrimp. We must have been there for over an hour while I picked out every piece of crab meat. The way the dish came out was neat (I won't ruin the surprise). I also highly recommend the sweet potato fries. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars!

We love Red Crab Boils Mussels. The serving is large and we love the flavor. You can choose spicy or not. Fast service if you do take out - order in advance and pick up and the people are always friendly.Definitely will go back for more.
