Rally House Summit Woods

If you are a Chiefs fan or a Royals fan this might be the greatest place on earth! I was so impressed with all of their offerings. They had things I didn't even know existed that could be branded. We picked up some stuff to wear for the KC Current as well as some Chiefs hats and shirts to celebrate our latest Super Bowl victory. The prices are pretty high but the stuff seems to be of good quality.

The AC in this store is awful. Way too hot in the dead of summer in Missouri. It's barely better in the store than it is outside in the humidity.

For a fan coming from California, this store is THE BEST!! We can barely 1 chiefs item let alone a whole store! We will be back next time we come to town!!

This store is big and overwhelming. I was looking for a specific hoodie and didn't mind looking for what I wanted. What I do mind is being 1 of 3 customers in the store and having a sales person ask another customer not 10 feet away from me if they were finding what they were looking for and not even acknowledging me. I left with nothing and won't be back. Do they care? No but I prefer to give my business to a place that at least acknowledges your presence.

If you make a return and shop on the same visit, you cannot return any of your new purchases and get a refund. You can only get a store credit that must be used at the exact same time you make the return or you forfeit the amount of the return.

Customer service here sucks!! The people that work here are just lazy. I tried to return a jacket that I bought less than a week ago, tags and everything still on it but I didn't have my paper receipt. She could've looked up my account to see that I bought it a week prior but didn't want to so she wouldn't return my jacket. As it states on their website you can still return stuff without a receipt if it still has all original tags. Took it to a different location and they returned it no problem. Will never go here again!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! My husband took me to the Summit Woods location on Friday, January 27th for my birthday to purchase a white "15" jersey. The clerk behind the counter gave me two jerseys to try on med & large, the young white clerk came into the changing stall and proceeded to tell me only one jersey was allowed and she stood there watching me change clothes with the door open to the public to view my body and I was half naked. Not only did she watched she assisted taking off the jersey. I'm not sure if this young girl is prejudice or just stupid. People we are in 2023 DO BETTER!!!!!! All black people do not steal...Needless to say I will never shop there again. My civil rights were violated on so many levels.Scheels will continue to get my business.

I was really disappointed to go into the fitting room to try on a shirt to hear a manager ripping an employee loud enough for me to hear it. This was the evening of 1/30/2023. Whoever this manager was needs to find a different line of work as they are clearly unprofessional. The fitting rooms left a lot to be desired as well. The young man who checked me out was kind.

Has a nice selection of goods. Clerk was helpful and nice. Manager was rude and unpleasant. Will likely never shop there again.
