Rally House Plaza East

One stop shop for your 'local' ( tri- state... Missouri - Kansas and Iowa for sure but I'm sure they carry other teams ) sports merch with ample choices. One of the best places to get your KC Chiefs and KC Current merch. Each store also has a bit of the local city swag and goods which makes it a one stop shop if your are visiting or taking out of town guests to. Can't find something at this store.., there is a second location nearby on the Plaza which makes it convenient. Parking garages are available and most of them are free but weekends can be busy.

Rally House might have the market cornered on local apparel, but it's not my favorite shopping errand to run. The other Plaza location has a claustrophobic feeling of an overfilled closet, so it's I'll say it is nice that this location is so much larger. Bigger isn't always better though, as I haven't been able to find anything here for my daughters.For adults, you typically can find something you'd like here, albeit about 25% over expected price. On my latest trip in there, I was eager to find little things for her school's spirit week, like socks, selection of headbands or bows, a Chiefs dress or cheerleader outfit. I looked high and low, and nope. It was pretty much split between baby gear or 6th grade and up kid of kid's gear. A lot of stuff was strewn about so it was tough to navigate. After much rummaging, I stumbled across a headband on the floor that might fit my daughter, so fortunately I came away with something. Unfortunately for them during Super Bowl week, they informed me the credit card machines were down. I'll still come in here, it's the closest option and there are some solid options for adults, but I would love to see more things for kids so I can outfit my girls too.

Love staying on the Plaza and being able to go to Rally House on Sunday morning before heading to a game. 2 locations on the Plaza and we have had great service at both locations.

I needed gifts for a couple of my fellow die-hard Chief fans, and I found so many good options! Rally House at the plaza (east in this case) has a huge amount of Chief clothing, car, home, and novelty items - and it is not all crowded and crammed together. and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!!

We looked forward to coming here since we live in California and are big Chiefs fans. Every time we've been to KC the people have been so nice and service always great. Not at Rally House. Asked 3 different employees to help find something and each one acted like we were imposing on them. Not rude, just clearly not interested in helping. We will not be back.

Great selection, but prices are a bit high. Still, you're hard pressed to go anywhere else for Chiefs official gear.

I have tax exempt and can be complicated with rally house, and they have a new POS system, but the clerk was very helpful, took the time to look up procedure instead of just saying no, and the process checking out was smooth and pleasant. Good staff Rally House East in KC!
