Well this was delicious. This crepe food truck partnered with one of my favorite businesses in KC, The Wild Way coffee truck, to conveniently be in my neighborhood last Sunday. Bottom line up front: their crepes are crisped, put together well, and full of flavor. This is far from a soggy, overfilled mess of a crepe. While I almost always think sweet over savory for crepes, it was lunch time so I opted for their vegetable crepe. It was really good, but honestly not as perfect as my kid's version. They split one with pesto, mozzarella and tomato and it was incredible.. maybe the best pesto I've had in a long, long time and I've had my share of it this summer. Their menu is robust but also not overwhelming; almost everything sounded good and you likely can't go wrong.This is a bit random but I have to shout it out: their food truck generator seems dramatically quieter than other food trucks, and it makes the whole vibe around it even better. Kids crepes are around $6-7 bucks, and the others are around $11-13. All in all, I'm a fan and if they want to keep setting up in Brookside on Sundays, they'll know me by name before too long.

I ran into this food truck at an event in Leawood. They offered Italian style crepes (savory or sweet), Italian sodas and cannolis.The shell cannoli ($3.25) was nice and crispy on the outside with a creamy and delicious filling, but it seemed rather small at 2.5"L x 1"D.I liked the cheerful and efficient service at the window and the card reader, which was built into the side of the truck for easy access - cool.Overall, I'm thinking 3.5 stars and rounding up.

Different than French crêpes, they pride themselves on the sturdiness of their handheld crepes. I got the Classico, savory, and it pairs really well with the hearty crepe flavor.They also had Italian wedding cookies, but I abstained (this time)!Caught up with this food truck at Strawberry Swing and would definitely try now of the sweet and savory options again!

Crispy, sturdy crepes! They live up to their slogan "not a floppy pancake on a plate." I tried the Marina and Bambini crepes -- both were generously filled and flavorful. I was handed the crepes right as they came off the griddle, sizzling and warm! Wish they had a more diverse menu with more vegetarian/vegan options. I caught this food truck outside the Firebrand collective. They offer a unique collection of Sicilian-style crepes that diverge from the standard French-style crepes. I'll definitely be back to try some sweet options!
