QZ Poke & Ramen - Kansas City

Second time trying this spot. Yummy little addiction happening here. I love a good boba, pair it with ramen or poke and you have me in all the YES. You order at the computers at you enter, which can slow the process, people tend to be very indecisive when left alone. Grab a number and find a spot. The cute robot brings you your goodies while playing a tune. Start slurping your way to happiness. Glad they are so busy on this Saturday!! The last time we were here, it was not and made me worry for longevity. Yum!

I don't wanna make it seem like this is a terrible review or terrible place, but first you come in you walk up to a kiosk so no one takes your order not a real person anyway. You pick up all your condiments and and plastic ware and find a table . you have a robot that brings you, your order so you really have no interaction with a human being at all , and you have to buss your own table, and yet they're asking you for a tip when you go to check out. you have to choose other so that you can bypass that. Unbelievable! Maybe the robot needs donations to charge. About the food, it was OK for fast food poke

This is new in Zona Rosa. I absolutely love Ramen and my boyfriend loves Poke. What a great mix !We came in from the back and there is a few steps. The building isn't huge but it fits a bit of seating without feeling cramped. You order on a kiosk which was super easy to use. Your food is delivered by the cutest robot. I got the tonkotsu ramen and it was super yummy! The karage was very good! I do feel that when you want to add some extra add ins it could definitely get expensive as they are $1 each. Over all I was super happy and we will definitely be coming back.

We went to QZ looking for delicious poke and that is exactly what we got. We entered through the back, down the stairs, past the cool murals on the wall, through the new and spotless seating area and approached the front counter. Two ordering kiosks awaited. We chose one and got busy. Choosing your toppings is an intensive experience, the options are many. It was nice, though, to order from a kiosk. Kiosks don't stare you down with growing disgust as you are paralyzed with indecision. They wait, patiently, until you are sure you have created the perfect bowl of poke for you. We chose a table and before long a sentient alien android approached our table. It was unsettling at first. I thought the singularity had occurred and I missed it. But soon I realized it was delivering our food. With a smile. How awesome! Like I said, the poke bowls were excellent. I managed to choose an epic combination of protein, mix-ins, toppings and sauce. I too am awesome. All the servers were super friendly, human and cyborg alike. I can't wait to go back. I have high hopes for their ramen bowls.

Wow. This place was amazing from the ease of the ordering kiosk, the robot delivery to our table to the authentic and tasty ramen noodle bowls. The crab Rangoon was pretty bomb too! Highly recommend making a visit. I'd been putting it off all summer and finally swung by this afternoon so glad I did.

Our 1st visit and it was busy on a Saturday afternoon!We did take out - in a reusable bag but all food containers are styrofoam or plastic but again most places are.The food is very flavorful!Enjoyed the pork dumplings & shrimp dumplings!The poke bowl was very full of yummy adds! The ramen packaging keeping the broth separate from all the filling was great! Still all hot when we got back home.We will definitely be back!

I usually always post a photo but for some reason it got deleted. I got the build your own poke and even though it was a little pricey, it was still well worth it. It was the first time I tried a poke and I will must say the ingredients were fresh and crisp and I also loved the seaweed salad. I will be back again to this little gem.

I ordered takeout (in-store pickup) for a night-in, and I really liked how they packaged the broth in separate compartment from the contents (noodles, meat, etc).I ordered wavy noodles with tonkotsu broth and pork belly, fish cakes, bamboo shoots, and corn. Soooo goood!Service and ambience are hard to judge since I didn't eat inside.

We have been to the Zona Rosa location multiple times. The service has been great each time. The manager is always attentive and provides excellent service. Food comes out in a timely manner, delivered by their robot server on wheels! We enjoyed both the Ramen and the bowls. Generous portions. Take-away containers, flatware, chopsticks, and napkins easily accessible.
