A great spot to grab so bbq!Burnt ends: My husbands favorite- they were very flavorful, KC classic!Pulled pork: my favorite, so juicy and delicious!Turkey: really good as well, for a leaner meat out of the options it was fabulous, but I couldn't keep my fork out of the pulled pork. Cheese pizza: Order for the kids, and they enjoyed it! Love the versatility of this location. My kids ran outside for a bit after eating lunch, and we grabbed some Ice Cream from Old Mills on our way out.

Service was great, location was unique.Stopped by for an event on the other side of the building. The tacos were puffy but there was not enough filling, the sauce was good . I did not get a strong flavor from the feta or the pork. 2/5The onion rings had good batter and crunch but the quantity was lacking. 3/5The fried mushrooms had a nich crunch and a tasty batter with a decent amount. 3/5 It was a nice place and a good server experience.

About a week and a half ago, my husband and I came next door to check out a coffee shop and it was a miss, so we decided since we came out during lunch time to at least make this place a go. It was decent as far as a pulled pork sandwich went. I had mine with a bit of sausage. The only issue we both had was with the sauce. It was a bit too sour for me, maybe a bit too much vinegar? The onion rings were good and the beans were okay as well. The service was curt and to the point. If you are hungry and on the outskirts of K.C. it's a good alternative to McDonalds. However, there are better BBQ places in our famed BBQ city. We did enjoy eating outside, during one of our late fall days, and it was fortunate that it wasn't too windy.

Delicious BBQ in an unlikely place! Tried the Mac& & Cheese Bowl with pulled pork. Very tasty and a great portion size. I thought this place was a sit down restaurant, but it wasn't. Plenty of outdoor space to eat and enjoy some family time, or you can go inside the attached brewery for a local beverage. Try the 10 & 2 Stout! I

Quentin's BBQ was an "oh yeah" for me! The smoked meats were flavorful and sides were good too. Great location as well in the Olde Mill property. There is also a brewery, bar/coffee shop and ice cream shop at the same location.

Quentin's is amazing! We try to eat here every time we're in town. The Falcon (when they have it) is life changing and is delicious. If you haven't, just getting their meat is fantastic, great option for an entree or get it in bulk to bring home for the family.

We were out and about in Bonner springs and looking for good food. We found this huge old train depot / BBQ joint / ice cream shop / beer hall! Huge parking lot. Cool country decor. Super popular with the locals. What a neat cool place! The food - we ordered a brisket sandwich, Cole slaw, burnt ends, 0nion rings, and a carrot cake for dessert! It was all amazing!

I heard a rumor about a bbq shack that was built near a brewery in a grain elevator-themed small town strip mall, so I had to check it out. It's true. You can order bbq, walk inside the neighboring brewery, order a beer and make yourself at home. The cue is well smoked, though a hair dry. Sauces are solid. Like other restaurants, the basic sauce was a little thick and sweet for my tastes, so I switched to the hot sauce, which is more my style. It gave a good kick, but didn't overpower.Ribs, sandwiches and sides are served in nice-sized portions. Prices are a tad on the high side, but not outrageous. My ribs and two sides (the restaurant let me keep the third side in the photo because they made it by accident and didn't want to throw it away) were roughly $22 plus tip (September 2022.)Staff is polite and helpful.

This place was so fun and the food was delicious! I had the chopped brisket sandwich and a side of onion rings. My husband had The Legend sandwich... burnt ends, cheese sauce and crispy onions. Everything was so yummy and served hot.Cute atmosphere in a converted mill. Lots of outdoor seating with spots to play cornhole. We'll be back!

To start, I'm going to have to give this place another try. Order early because they do sell out. I made the mistake of wandering around all of the business and breweries that are located right next door and by the time I made it back around, everything that I wanted to try was sold out. So that was my mistake and I won't be repeating it. We ended up trying the turkey, burnt ends, and pulled pork. The burnt ends were fabulous. Big and juicy. The turkey was good. It was a bit dry but it's turkey so that's to be expected. The pulled pork was average. The turkey was on a sandwich and I added cheese to it. The cheese was good but the consistency was globby. I did take it home so it may be better if you eat it there. I probably won't add cheese again. So on Friday's they have crinkle cut fries. They ran out of those so I ended up with the regular ones. They were good and reminded me of McDonald's fries. The cheesy corn was really good. It was the special and I would order it again if they had it. My partner tried the beans. I did not because I thought they looked weird. It was a pretty pale concoction. He described it as eating "baked beans from a can with a bunch of meat dumped in." They have three sauces: original, hot, and sweet. Neither of us cared for the original. It was weird. Like ketchup. The hot was good. It was hot but it has a nice flavor. The sweet was great as a dipping sauce for the fries.
