Great facility with 3 levels of workout areas (formerly a theater). The staff is friendly and helpful, location is nice for anyone who works in the Downtown area and it is rarely ever crowded except right after work (5-6PM). The main level has a small workout area typically used for personal training or cool down, the lower level is for classes and personal training and the upper level is the main area with most of the machines, treadmills, weights and a full basketball court. There are locker rooms for men and women, showers and a steam room in the locker rooms.

Terrible facility with old machines. No pool, and they charge you $90 to quit once you realize it's a rip off. I got pulled in with a 1 month free trial that In turn automatically signed me up for a year membership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Not the best gym, has your basic treadmills, but only one (rather old) stair master. A room where classes are held. The pool you see isn't part of the YMCA. The location is convenient if you live close by, but then again for the few things they have I might as well go to my home gym for free. An older crowd (which is fine, just throwing it out there) and the machines are pretty aged. No child care. Most YMCA's have all of these things.

I love this YMCA. Instead of boozing my laid off days away in a deep depression, I've gotten into a nice little workout routine courtesy of this place. The Y is great because it's convenient, clean, and has all the classes/amenities you could need while not being a meat-head gym on steroids where you feel like you signed your life and soul away in the contract. Downstairs is where classes are, upstairs has tons of free weights, weight machines, a big row of treadmills, a big row of ellipticals (both have personal TVs hooked up to them), some bike machines and a big basketball court at the end. The staff is incredibly nice and you only need to give a 30 day notice to end your membership. Joint household memberships are $81 and anyone can join your account, thus making it pretty cheap. AND! If you're conveniently laid off like yours truly, you can get a $25 household membership for up to three months. I really appreciate this. All the classes I've tried are a great workout and not boring. I've tried spin (Beware if you have Kevin as an instructor: he is awesome and will KILL you), Body Blast and Yoga. You get a free physical assessment when you join to figure out what areas you need to focus on and target.Screw 24 Hour and it's other mega-clusterfuck gym cohorts...love the Y.

Up to date facility with everything you could want to keep fit. A lap pool and activity pool, hot tub, sauna, track, multiple workout machines and weight areas. Also, there is a nice basketball, activity area. The classes are numerous but I wish there was more yoga.It is a bright, inviting space, very enjoyable. I just love it!

If you prefer a very chill, quiet place to get into your workout, there's none better then this. There's few distractions...

This is a small, but nice facility. It never seems overly crowded, so availability of equipment and machines is good. The staff is super friendly. My favorite thing about this Y, however, is Danny's Ultimate Fit class on Monday and Wednesday evenings (6:30 to 7:30). I LOVE his class! The workouts are very similar to Crossfit, including kettlebells, barbells, pushups, pullups, burpees, jumprope...each class is different and challenging. Danny is a very enthusiastic and attentive instructor. I would give this Y five stars if I could go to Ultimate Fit more than twice a week.
