We came on a Friday night for drinks, and I have to say, it's exciting to see Olathe (south Olathe even!) have a cocktail bar! We love going out for a good, craft drink without having to drive all the way down town. Arriving on a Friday night, we were able to grab a spot with some ease. It was definitely busy, a lot of the tables in front were filled, as was over half the bar. We grabbed a pair of lounge chairs around the bar area. Our drinks were solid. We are both cocktail people and found drinks that spoke to us with ease. I had a seasonal drink, A Warm Winter's Night. It was tasty! I would have liked a little less sweet and a little more bourbon taste, but still yummy! My husband had the quaint old fashioned - a classic. He liked the balance of flavor and said the heat of the rye wasn't too much! Definitely a few more drinks that caught my eye, so I'd love to go back.I will say it did take an awhile for us to be greeted. The space is a seat yourself, so no one takes you to a spot. But being right near the bar, with staff walking by constantly, it took a long time to be greeted and get menus, and then another bit before we were able to order. We did notice a few couples who sat after us get orders in first. On the flip side, it did seem like there were several regulars at the bar, which we love to see. We would definitely visit again, just maybe sit at the bar or near the front to see if that changes our service experience!

Okay, folks, let's dish about Quaint. Bartender? Nice enough, but clearly just punching the clock. Drinks? Sadly, they followed suit. $16 got me a spicy marg in a HIGHBALL glass (seriously?!) that tasted like, well, a margarita. Yawn. Dirty martini? Meh. My friend's Pomegranate mocktail? Imagine sipping on floor cleaner. No, really. Her Lemon Cake Martini? More like "Stale Lemon Regret-ini." And the vibe? Suede chairs that scream "cheap motel" and booths straight outta a corporate boardroom, but the couch we commandeered was nice. Quaint, you're in a strip mall, not the Ritz. Trying to be upscale in this setting? Bless your over-priced heart. You might be quaintly out of business before you can say "another round." (maybe skip this ambience and grab an affordable good drink somewhere else.)

This was my first time in here and I was impressed! It's very pretty and dark/romantic. I only stopped in for a drink, and it was great (Cupid Crush). The service was fabulous, I felt appreciated for being there. I'm not a smoker, but the cigar smoke didn't bother me (nothing like cigarette smoke) from next door. I like the concept and overheard that you can order drinks from the cigar bar via QR code and they will bring them over to you. Unless you know it's there, you won't likely stumble into it. It's located in a strip mall next to Minsky's pizza, but it's very nice when you walk in. I can't wait to take my boyfriend back to enjoy a drink together!

The drinks there are fun and delicious. The fireside old fashioned that comes a smoking cinnamon stick is different. By stirring in my drink, it had cinnamon finished some smoke flavors. My partner had the petal punch. Gin drink with habiscus tea. It was delicious. Definitely a dessert drink. Had the chocolate plate, good amount for the price and large variety of sweets. Fun surprise was that is it same ownership of cigar shop next door. Can order drink in there and have it brought over while enjoying a cigar.
