Prestige Transportation

I went to Kansas City for a business trip and used Prestige Transportation to get to and from the airport. Their black car chauffeuring had me riding in style. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from the driver. Not only did he transport me safely to the downtown Marriott, but he graciously gave me info on which restaurants to visit and to avoid in the area. He loaded and unloaded my luggage and opened my car door for me. The pricing was very fair and it was so easy to arrange service for the trip back to the airport. Highly recommend!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and business management than with Prestige Transportation.My husband booked a bus with Prestige Transportation for our June 10 wedding. Ten days prior to our wedding (May 31), we received a phone call that our reserved bus would no longer be available as it would be in the shop. To make matters worse, they said no other vehicles were available from their company nor from their partner company's fleets. They offered no solution; just that 10 days out from our wedding, we were on our own. We scrambled to find an available bus from other companies on our own. While we eventually found one, the only one available ended up being hundreds of dollars more expensive than Prestige's would have been. We thought it would be fair for Prestige to compensate us this difference since we ultimately lost money by booking with them; however, after various phone calls, we learned via a manager that the VP didn't feel that they owed us that.TLDR: Prestige cancelled our wedding day transportation 10 days beforehand, and we ultimately lost hundreds of dollars by booking with Prestige.

smooth and comfortable only thing is need urinals but that is the only problem so small i give the whole experince 5 stars love the staff who transported me they were really nice and accomidating brian mcfalls rode with me in the back and made sure i had everything i needed the driver was focused and dilligent her name was anaya on the whole a 5 star ride through and through

We scheduled round trip shuttle to the airport for a family vacation. I checked in with them a couple of times shortly before the ride TO the airport and it went smooth. Driver was on time and very efficient. After that, i received calls from their office staff twice while i was trying to enjoy a vacation because they entered my credit card info wrong. I gave it to them again, went thru, shoulf have been the end of it but she didn't correct it in their system so i then got ANOTHER call saying my card wouldnt go thru for the return trip pickup. Gave her the card number again and it was fine. THEN our flight landed in KC, 12:15 at night, 7 family members including children, one thats 3, and the car doesnt show up. I called, after much confusion on their end they said they had us scheduled for the following night, despite the reciept i had showing the correct date and time. We had to find multiple UBER rides for all of us to get home. (UBER was fantastic by the way) so BEWARE... no worse feeling than standing in the sidewalk with your luggage in the middle of the night with no way home.

Prestige is the best car service - they are incredibly professional, responsive and put the customer first. We have used them several times in the last few weeks on a moments notice for airport trips as well as getting my parents to and from their town to KC. As someone who travels often and regularly uses car service around the world, I'm so impressed and pleased with Prestige. They are the gold standard!

I had to order a car service for my boss and they have a very user friendly website and are quick to respond with a quote. I had last minute change late on a Friday night and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great customer service!

We used Prestige when bringing clients to town for an important meeting. They were absolutely amazing and so accommodating when multiple flights got delayed or changed day of and when our dinner reservations had to be changed day of. Kahala really helped keep things straight for us and our clients had great reviews as well! Would definitely recommend.

I have used a number of chauffeur services including those in major eastern cities like New York and Philadelphia as well as in Kansas City. Prestige is by far the very best I have ever experienced. They have the perfect blend of everything you could want. They are highly professional blended with being very friendly and cordial. They make you feel special and unlike others I have used, I easily struck up a friendly conversation with each driver and at the end of my ride, I felt a friendship. The drivers are dressed in suits and ties and their vehicles are immaculately clean with bottled water and mints, They are easy and simple to contact with a prompt response. When flying, then earn your confidence immediately by checking your flight status. They use all the latest technology in their friendly manner, all to serve people. When flying to or from Kansas City, the driver is right there at baggage claim with my name on an electronic key pad, gets my luggage and loads it quite promptly - I am in and out in minimal time. Then I have a most pleasant trip to my destination. They are also the best in transporting to major events in the city. I won't ever use any other service now that I've experienced Prestige.
