Honesty and value - what else is there?We took our little RV (24' Airstream Interstate) to Premier - we've had it for 4 years, and usually took it to another place in east Kansas City - won't name them just to be polite.Premier swapped out our awning, replaced our coach batteries, fixed a clogged drain and a couple of other minor items at a total cost about half of what we expected. More importantly, they communicated with us at every step - advising of costs and options and getting specific approval.I think this is a family business (dealt with the owner usually) and they are very concerned about their reputation - which means they'll stand by their work.Color me as a repeat customer.

I have used Premier Coach for years. The owners are amazing and treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Their RVs are absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with this place! I took my TT there for winterization and they not only di that, but, they found other things that froze and fixed it. They stayed in touch with me and kept me informed before they did anything. They did not ry to charge me for stuff I did not need. I just pulled my TT in and they moved it as needed. Stephanie and Mike are heros in my book! I will never take my TT anywhere else for service!!

This place is a rip off! Don't rent here. If we didn't have such a specific window for our vacation, we wouldn't have accepted such a lemon of an RV. We thought we could make it work. We were wrong. The RV was dirty. The gas tank was only 3/4 full! One tail light was out, which my wife noticed and they had to replace before we left. The alignment was so bad, the RV shook so we had to yell from front seat to front seat to hear each other while on the freeway! The front windows made noise when we were driving, adding to the noise of the drive. The window washer motor didn't work, so we had to stop to clean bugs off. Despite requesting a hitch for my trailer, there wasn't one on the rv when we picked up, so it took extra time to get one put on. Almost all of the storage compartments didn't latch correctly, so cars kept waving at me on the road to let me know they were flying open. Luckily the spot we stayed in had plug ins so we had air conditioning for the week, other wise we wouldn't have had air, because the generator didn't work! The hot water heater didn't work, so we had cold showers our whole vacation. We called immediately and daily to complain about all of the issues, and were made promise after promise of refund, and apology after apology. Again, if we didn't have such a short window to get where we were going, we would have canceled. When we turned it in, they admitted they shouldn't have rented it out in that condition. They promised a full refund. I've called and called to see when it will arrive. Linda Casey took my latest call. She is one of the owners. I told her I don't have time to keep calling, and when would my refund be here? She responded that she was still waiting on an estimate for the awning. (The awning was damaged during a freak storm, which I admitted at turn in, and offered to take it off of my refund) it's been three weeks. I told her it doesn't take that long, and do I have to have my lawyer be the next call? She said ok, and hung up on me! My lawyer is calling next.

Total rip-off!! Even though we returned signed agreement over two months in advance, they ended up renting the unit we had requested to someone else. And it only got worse from there. The replacement unit did not have a functioning generator, something their seviceman admitted to me later that night that they had known about before sending me the unit. We were also unable to use any of the water, including the shower, toilet and kitchen sink, because they delivered the unit with foul water in the fresh tank (something their serviceman also admitted was a failure on their part). And then they keep my security deposit because I was "rude" when they came to pick up the unit. This place is a total scam! Do not rent from them, even if you have no other options - would be better just sleeping in your car. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away!

We traveled hundreds of miles and spent a couple thousand dollars to rent a Class A from Premiere Coaches. Half way through our trip I called the office with a list of problems we were having. Little things like; no water, doors don't latch, hot water heater didn't work, tv antenna did not operate, the bed was broken etc, etc, etc. We paid good money for "coach prep services" and nothing was prepped. The upholstery, seats, floor, and carpet was filthy. Upon return we were dismissed by management and they couldn't get rid of us soon enough. If you plan to rent from this company, don't be fooled by management. Check every single thing out on your coach before you leave town, and give yourself an extra day for them to fix everything you find wrong.
