This place has to be THE WORST bowling alley I've ever been to in all of my days on this planet earth. The owners of this dilapidated establishment should really be ashamed of themselves. To charge people $20 regardless of if they are actually bowling is dumb. Additionally, the staff that has been hired to work here lack basic decorum when speaking to people. Hearing them yell over the intercom at paying customers as though they are at home yelling at their kids is not something I was expecting to hear. However, it happened twice when I was there. Now let's talk about the older lady who works in the kitchen. She had a mask on covering her chin. Not her nose. Not her mouth. But her chin. Just avoid this place. You get the point.

Took the kiddos and a couple of their friends bowling on a Friday eve. We arrived around 7:30 and they were busy, but thankfully, still had open lanes. 2 hours on a lane with 6 pairs of shoes was around $56 - not too bad. The TV screens are the older, large console TVs with curved screens. The chairs were the ones that are connected to the tables and swing out. The interior reminded me of King Pin...a bit outdated. We ordered some snacks and the lady at the register was a bit short and rude. She seemed inconvenienced to be taking orders

The Friday night cosmic bowl experience was cool. For $15 you can bowl from 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM and that includes shoes. Their music playlist included pop and hip hop. Even if you're not bowling, they may ask you to pay $15. I witnessed this conversation with a few customers. The equipment appeared to be in good shape as well as their shoes! You are allowed to smoke inside, FYI but, they have designated areas. Such as smoking vs. non smoking lanes. The air quality was fairly decent and comfortable. Service at the bar and grill could use some improvement. Staff were very slow at taking orders and a bit disruptive when announcing customer names over the intercom for pickup. With all of that said, a good family friendly spot to hang out Friday night.

We always have fun when we come here! The facilities are not the most modern but on all of our visits every thing has been clean and has worked, and prices are always very reasonable. We just paid $13 per person for three 10 minute games of laser tag.The last tag facilities are very good, comparable to Jaegers, if not a little bigger. Lots of room and places to hide. For bowling they have plenty of lanes, bumpers are not automatic as some more modern place might have ( we came with our five year old nephew). But people who just wanna bowl with some friends or practice will find the place more than fitting. They have a small arcade and and a bar which we haven't really used. The bar looks a bit like dive, just fine for drinks and some snacks while playing. However, this means little to no waiting. The place is almost always very empty. This was a little concerning the first time we pulled up and saw 4 cars on the parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. We thought the place was closed. This is our go-to place for bowling and laser tag with family and friends, specially when we're on a budget.

On Nov. 30th I called and asked about birthday party packages and single game info on laser tag. The lady I spoke with at 2:23 pm told me i could place a party for tomorrow even though it normally needs to be done a week in advance. I told her i had a party that would be there the next day at 5:30 pm. But after hearing the package prices I decided i would just pay for some games. On Dec. 1st at 5:20 i showed up to pay for 2 games each for 13 kids. The man at the counter then informed me that there wouldn't be anyone to run the laser tag until 7pm. I told him I talked to the lady yesterday and she never told me that. She knew the party would be at 5:30. I told him she talked to me about the packages. He said.. with no care or sympathy... 'You didn't buy a package so she didn't staff anyone till 7' when he could tell I was pissed he started trying to explain things. But I didn't want to talk to him anymore. I waited for people to show up to decide the plan to wait or not . In the mean time. Another worker showed up. When I asked if we still had to wait till 7. She said yes. So we left and I'm never going back. Which really sucks because we went for his bday 2 years ago and it was so much fun! All the adults wanted to play just as much as the kids last night. You lost out on a couple hundred dollars. And I honestly wanted to wait and play. But not after the horrible customer service I received.

Lady with the red and black braids was very rude and was picking on me and my friends from the moment we came in I don't know why maybe because we were younger but we we're definitely respectful & well mannered from the moment we walked in. We did eventually walk out because we were not comfortable

So during our fun visit my family in Raytown we decide to stop hear to bowl on our way back to St. Louis and I'm so glad we did. This bowling alley is an awesome family fun place! All the lanes work with no problems, nice clean/shiny synthetic lanes, the staff was amazing very friendly, professional and helpful. The arcade and laser tag for the kids was amazing as well ( and for adults too if you like to be a kid sometimes like me ) lol. the music playlist was great. The food was better than your typical bowling alley, over all the prices to bowl and eat is a little above average but well worth it for what you get. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Horrible business, turn away people coming in an hour and a half before open play ends and they turn you away or make you wait the time until "Cosmo lights" or whatever it's called turn on. With little to no explanation as to why. They just want to charge you extra, take your business ELSEWHERE!
